Cons: The flight from Manchester to Amsterdam has been delayed which led insufficient time for me to transfer to HK

Cons: I paid for the preferred seat .and i found that people beside me didnt pay anything when i asked them ,

Cons: I was seated next to the restroom, which is not a pleasant experience for an international flight.

Cons: Seats in economy section are very close together . There is not enough room for knees...especially for such a long trip.

Cons: Staff at the airport pushing you to upgrade to first class but not making it clear only the first trip from Athens to Amsterdam which the first class uses same uncomfortable seats as the economy to pay extra 130 euros ridiculous airfrance stuff! I should have flown all the way to NYC first class!!!

Cons: The KLM crew are always great serving and treating you. Well above many other airlines.

Pros: The socks offered in business were comfortable and nice looking. The red wine was good.

Cons: The food was just average and the seat not too comfortable

Cons: No food provided "due to a strike the previous day". Not sure why this would impact on providing a sandwich or snack particularly when champagne was still available for first class passengers.

Pros: The pilot and the crews were helpful about the transit. Pilot make up a lot of time.

Pros: Newer plane, crew was amazing, seats were adjustable

Pros: the crew was wonderful, we got a nice Wrap and water, wine or coffee for free, not all airlines serve it anymore, we were on time and I got whatsapp message with updates of the flight
