This was a return flight I was taking. But even though I paid for a bag when booking, Kayak only booked the bag on the flight over. It there for cost me $48 to book the bag on at the airport one way back. For some reason when I was paying they could not take for the full amount on my CC and so I had to go change money as $8 had to be paid cash (very strange). The flight was very uncomfortable. I could go into detail but now I’m just ranting. Not happy. Won’t be doing that again.

Paid $30 for wi-fi: It never connected. Just failed to work. “Failed to load page”. Paid for priority check-in: The people in the economy queue checked in faster. Paid for priority boarding: No priority security queue, no priority boarding. Paid for priority baggage: Took 60 minutes from landing for baggage to arrive. No priority, except for crew bags. Food was disgusting. Hard to determine where the plastic finished and the pasta started. There was no service, other than dumping a hot plastic box in your lap.

The crew was really nice, saw them help several people put their luggage in the overhead bin.

There was absolutely no complimentary service at all, a bit unusual compared to flights we've taken in the past (domestic and international). No offer of free water, what's up with that?!?! There was no entertainment on board for an overnight flight, no blanket, no pillow. And on top of that we paid too much to check in a bag when we arrived at the airline desk because we didn't include it through our Kayak booking. Had we known there was a method to follow, we would have to avoid the excessive fee.

Not considerate... Flight was cancelled because we were not able to go to kuala lumpur on time due to apec summit in manila with no fly zone on November 17-19. Flight to singapore from KL was November 20. Flight to KL was rebooked on November 20 arriving at November 21

It’s a no-frills, budget airline. As such airlines go, this one is better than most. You won’t get any legroom and you’ll be nickel and dimes at every turn, but if you go into the experience with that understanding, you’ll have a reasonably comfortable, on-time flight without paying a lot of money.

There was nothing I didn’t like that I felt would have been better on a different budget airline. If you don’t like non-existent legroom and the lack of free frills, you shouldn’t be flying this airline.

They robbed us on the checked luggage fees. They were more than the flight itself. Was told it was cheaper to pay online, but when I attempted to do so, it informed me that it was not available on this booking.

the flight attendant on board was lively in making announcements!

Flight was first brought forward by 30 mins. Arrived on time at the gate, but actually it's delayed by 15 mins from the original time. So in total delayed about 50 mins from brought forward time. NO ground staff at the gate bothers to inform us. Flight status screen shows "Callng", when approached, ground staff just replied "not yet" in a bad manner. Terrible ground service.

Everything was smooth and easy. Check-in line was short, the whole airport experience was quick and easy. Flight was smooth, comfortable, staff was so friendly. When I checked in for my flight in Penang, the girl who helped me, Kay, was the most friendly help I've ever had.. She offered me a great seat and was patient and friendly when I requested to be moved around. She made conversation while we waited for the system to finish, and had a huge smile the whole time. She set the time for the whole airport and flight experience, and had me smiling the rest of the day. If there's a way to tell her bosses - she is a gem, hang on to her! I'm looking forward to my next trip on firefly!

Boarding was delayed a bit, but flight took off within a few minutes of schedule, so no real problem!

Check in was a joke in Dublin, only 22 pax and they did a full team talk to start despite everyone bein there. In LAX they parked the plane in the middle of no where, and waited 30 mins before debark started, as the plane was so far away the terminal it took an hour for the bags. Firefly canceled my flight "several weeks ago", according to them, didn't notify me by phone or email despite the fact that they admitted they had both on file, didn't refund the money to my credit card until the day before departure so i had no idea of the change, and then provided no help whatsoever when i arrived at the airport and the flight didn't exist anymore.

There was one local manager who smiled a lot and tried to promise things that it turned out he wasn't allowed to promise while his airline was screwing me.

International travelers, check and recheck your flight. Firefly canceled my flight "several weeks ago", according to them, didn't notify me by phone or email despite the fact that they admitted they had both on file, didn't refund the money to my credit card until the day before departure so i had no idea of the change, and then provided no help whatsoever when i arrived at the airport and the flight didn't exist anymore.

The queue to board the plane was very long due to the fact that there was only one person doing the check-in. It will make things more pleasant if they have two people instead of one person.

The crew was nice.

Two MH flights I took were 1 hour and 2 hours late. The latter resulted in missing connection to BKK and another flight to TPE. I got stuck in Kuala Lumpur for the night and they booked me a resort that was 30-40 min drive from the airport. How are all of these reasonable?!

We had a 4.5 hour delay due to weather conditions at Heathrow. Although the airline could not avoid this. I feel being kept on the plane for the duration before a 12 hour flight and a further 4 hour connection, was too much.

Going from one hot country to another so had no need for a winter coat... it was so cold on that flight I caught a cold

I could not get on time at airport for check in, because the train got stuck 25min. When I got the counter 45min. Before the flight leaves, they told me that the flight is closed and they can not do anything to help me!!!

Crew was cordial, helpful and patient.

There was absolutely no complimentary service at all, a bit unusual compared to flights we've taken in the past (domestic and international). No offer of free water, what's up with that?!?! There was no entertainment on board for an overnight flight, no blanket, no pillow.
