Business boarding is too messy, if can be systematic will be better
Good service. I wish there was more legroom. The food could be improved with additional options.
The crew was very attentive and delivered great service unlike any other airline. It was our first time with Emirates. Our only critique is the food. Pasta pesto is not very common. Tomato sauce would’ve been more of a crowd pleaser. Beef curry sounds bad because curry can be very tough on the stomach. We were in row 26 and the pasta ran out, meaning no one wanted the beef which says something. The beef was just ok… The rest of the food was very good and generous. The plane speaker sound could be better. It was tough to understand announcements even with headphones. Although we did not need them this time due to the purpose of our trip, we were surprised that 2 checked bags were included. That’d be great for the future. It was unpleasant though that our personal items were weighed (we’ve never had another airline do this), especially when we didn’t have checked bags and almost had our carry-ons checked. Overall it was a good experience, but we wish the prices were friendlier for such a short distance (Miami > Colombia).

Loved that I had an exit row seat, and there was no one else in the row! And again, I don' use on-line entertainment at all (I read or sleep) but I very much appreciate that I didn't hear anyone else's entertainment!
On this flight, about the last 2 hours the captain kept the cabin too hot. It appeared like the ac was off.
Excellent staff! Flights were delayed due to technical issues after everyone was boarded and we sat in the flight for almost 2 hours before taking off. Not enough vegetarian food was available despite pre-ordering. The staff did an exceptional job dealing with both the problems neither of their making.
Overall emirates continues to amaze me with their. Awesome service . I had shifted away from emirates , because I lost luggage and watch in emirates in 2019 that drifted me away from this airline , but I am willing to give it try
Flight attendant Catalina was one of best ever. Paid attention to every detail. Food was good. Comfortable private seats in business class. We were not allowed in business class lounge in Dubai because our ticket supposedly didn’t cover this. They said our travel agent should of told us that. That has never happened on any other airline before. Beware of this especially if you have a long layover like we did.
In between two meals period they're not providing something like banana / cup noodles or bugger. It's really fell sad that I was asking have to wait for 3 hours for second meal. (breakfast)
Everything was expected, nothing stands out. The silly practice of only enabling the inflight Wi-Fi after half an hours after take off and switching off within half an hour of landing is puzzling. Why?? It's like there is no technical common sense within Cathay.
The crew are timely, friendly and professional. I was very impressed.
They overbooked the flight and reassigned my seat. To add insult they lied that my assigned seat was broken and promptly gave it to someone else
Jain veg meal I opted was super in taste but there was no sweet/desserts with it. I was a big missing in the meal...Please add some sweets to end the meal with 😊
This review is based on other Asian airlines I used in the past year. Food going to Malaysia was bland and unappealing. Food coming from Malaysia back to the US was much, much better - tastier. Economy seats were not as spacious as the Airbus planes. Coming back from HKG, we were on a new Boeing plane and seats were very narrow, hard and extremely uncomfortable despite the fact we sat in the exit row. No offers for water in between meals though available in the galley. No garbage pickup. Movies were limited. All in all, flying Cathay seemed like flying a budget airline. Crew was pleasant and accommodating.
Better food quality and suggest using the 777 for the HKG-BOS leg instead of the A330 since the seat pitch seems better on the Boeing.

One hour before landing was the most scary part of my life. The plane just dropped from the air . No explanation or apologies from the captain. Women and children screaming everywhere. Would like to know what happened
My flight going to doha had economy seats that had a little more leg room. Coming back the leg room was not there. I'm 6'3" and my knees were against the chair in front of me. I couldn't slide my feet under the chair. The 15 hour flight felt like torture from the lack of sleep I was getting being so uncomfortable. Food and crew were great though.
It was excellent except for at the very end. I woke up about 1.5 hrs before touchdown and wanted to order food in the Business class. I was told they had shut down food service. It would have been good to get a heads up before they closed the service. Anna the air hostess was wonderful. She did get me 2 bowls of fruit and I was very appreciative of her. Wonderful human and a hostess.
Amazing airline accommodations. The cabins were so great. The food was very good and the flight attendants were so nice. Made a 15 hour flight seem easy.
I paid extra for seating when first booking flight to be in a comfortable economy seat They still changed it to a middle seat regardless. When I asked for it to be changed back to aisle, they could only give me one at the back of the plane in the least comfortable seats.
Same as already mentioned. This was more comforting as I got my aisle seat for my knee.
Qatar Airways is an excellent service provider. The crew members were attentive and helpful. The aircraft was very clean. This was the longest leg of our journey, so it would have been nice to have more leg room for comfort. We appreciated the crew's service of four hot meals to all of us during this long flight. Also, it was helpful that the crew asked us to keep the window shades down for the entire journey, allowing the environment to get lots of rest during the trip. For families traveling with little children, this was helpful to them to keep them settled.
More facilities to transport to the gates......felt too much walking distance
The business class experience was awesome - I will be using QATAR airways again and it'll be business class again - appreciate the privileges afforded to the business class clients - thank you.
Overall good but staff in the place looked extremely tired after 8hrs in 14 hrs journey and then service was cut short and response time for calls increased in later part of flight. Food was ok not astonishing
Food was surprisingly good for airplane, crew was great, though announcements were sometimes hard to hear. Plane was nice (had great headroom, large screens and big dimmable windows). But seats were uncomfortable in economy (seat width was fine, but not enough shoulder room). I wish I could use my person Bluetooth headphones with screen( I think I could mirror it on my device, but didn’t want to keep tray table down to hold it up).
If I had a chance to rate Turkish airline in negative I will definitely give -100. Worst non professional attitude of ground staff at Istanbul. If I was a owner of Turkish airline I would definitely fire all check-in staff who was on duty for this flight. Rude attitude to all customers. Non availability of food options. Chicken and fish option was finished within 8 rows and only pasta was available (seat rows 25- last row). Seat Front glove boxes were ripped and all stuff was dropping on floor. Flight crew was trying to pacify the customers but this is sole responsibility of the manager who arranged / booked the food for this flight. He must be removed from this position as he has no idea about his job. It was worst flight during my whole life. Never booking again on Turkish airline.
The in-flight experience was excellent, the meals served were high quality and plentiful. The cabin and seats were quite comfortable. However, the Turkish Airlines ground staff were less than accomodating. We made a group booking in November 2025, including (at that time) and unborn baby. Travelled in July 2026 - you would think TA would seat a 'group' together, but not so. On our flights to IST from SYD our family was scattered though the cabin. No bassinet for my grandchild but they said they could provide one at an additional cost. Did we want the mother to sit with the new born? Oh, that's an additional $420 one way because the bassinets only fit in the seats with extra legroom. Want the father to sit next to the mother and child? Add another $420 one way! Ridiculous!

Excellent service. Friendly and attentive flight attendants, can lay back in business class and be pretty comfortable, and delicious food. Flight on time departing and arriving.

Very hot cabin made long flight uncomfortable, even in business class! Food was great. Istanbul business lounge had great food but too few bathrooms and seating . They also need more electric outlets for charging devices. Appreciate the ability to go through fast track lines w business class
Boarding experience was a mess- both to and from Istanbul airport. No one knew anything. They asked everyone to line up according to their sit numbers- it was unbelievable. Business class had a separate line, but it was hard to find- I had to go through all that mess before finding it. Would not recommend
The best airline for international travel in terms of value you get in business class (service/cost)
It was a good experience. With the long layover they provided the TourIstanbul option to have the free sightseeing bus tour - that was a great option to pass the time. Airport at Istanbul is very comfortable and convenient. Flight was comfortable.
