I love EVA airline, but the KAYAK website for not in emergency, urgency and personal issues. For instance, on January 5/2026 with already booked the flight, I have a 15 hours of delay between airport when booked before as my choice. But if I want to go back home (U.S) early, then I have to contact the KAYAK office at I was in other country without phone service and nothing that EVA can do for me. Even I offered to pay more to change from another flight to go to the U.S early, not wasting at15 hours of delay, but EVA could not help me until I call KAYAK at an Island of nation. No office of KAYAK from any nation and times of difference in the world. However, everything and everyone is the best. Therefore, please KAYAK making much more easy for both the airline and passenger in some issues at the middle of nowhere in some country when no need to call KAYAK for some emergency, urgency, sick, etc or personal reference. Please, please, please no need to call KAYAK office for any changes of flights from urgency or private.
My seat arrangement was good with Eva Air. The toilet sanitary was good ( hand wash, face moist spraying, fresh air spray, hair moisturizer). But the Asian movie selection was not great at all.
Overall is good. But Asian movie selection was not great at all. And also more snack food to give out
Don’t preorder the diabetic meal if you don’t have to. Whoever creates those meals thinks everyone loves fish, and hates seasoning. In a world where we can find diabetic friendly candy and low card bread, it’s surprising that places are still serving flavorless gelatin and rice cakes. Boarding in Taipei was chaos. They tried to form a line but didn’t manage it. So once the gate was opened, the line didn’t matter and everyone just mobbed to the front.
Eva airlines has very goin service, despite being low cost. Meals and fin, not amazing, restrooms always clean and staff polite and helpful
Seats. there's no way to go to the washroom when you’re seated in the middle without bothering the person beside you.

Although the flight was slightly delayed, it was well communicated with the passengers. The staff are all nice and accommodating, the pilot are very good. I didn’t realize that the plane was on the ground already. It landed smoothly. I’ll for surely recommend EVA Air to my friends.
Flight was canceled was only given only a 8 hour lead time. Had to fight to be put on another airline (United Airlines) that was leaving earlier then the one EVA and rescheduled.
Awful had to ask for a supervisor to sit with my flight companion even t booked the tickets together weeks before
I was good seat to keep stretch my legs . but couldn’t keep my bag in my hand . because they told me can’t keep my seat is no holder , because no seat fronts of us. wish I can put my leg on something higher. but instead of that everything goood.

Good airlines btu ORL airport messed up the return flight for me. Checking out a connecting flight pax is unacceptable.
The pilot was kept warning about the weather terrifying us. The flight attendants were not warm or pleasant.
I couldn’t sit with my daughter. we are separate and both seat was not window or halway side. in the middle. if we sit together will be share comfort seat and more easy travel. this is bad.
Although the flight was delayed because of the equipment came in late, I still give them excellent service ..good food selection and in flight entertainment were sufficient.. I will continue to fly with them
Staff was rude and loud. No respect for customers unlike the Starflyer Osaka to Haneda sector where service was outstanding. What a stark difference. Maybe United should learn from ANA how to do customer service.
The meals were sufficient and tasty considering it was air travel food. Water coffee and juices offered each time a meal came by and water distributed between meals. It was good service in my opinion. Plenty of movies to enjoy. May not be the one you want but plenty of older movies and plenty of current ones as well. I enjoyed the trip.
we were in premium economy, but we both got middle seats and had to sit separately. i could have avoided this by trying to obtain seats sooner, but i tried 3 times and gave up. ANA's technology is not friendly for newcomers. no, check that---I think it is nigh impossible. not sure we are coming back. ana can do better to provide a front end that's friendly to users in both US and Japan.
Checking in via an alliance partner, even a foreign one should get TSA Precheck printed on your boarding pass. The paper copy issued by ANA didn’t show it. I couldn’t get my digital copy due to some technical issue arising because I checked in with ANA. The kiosks at SFO similarly threw an error. The only way I could have gotten a new copy of my boarding pass was from the UA counter and lines were nearly as long as TSA so I bit the bullet and went through the regular TSA line. If UA wants my business, they need to improve that process.
Child’s meal was great along with other nice touches for kids.
Sadly I couldn't get the food I requested as it was out. Also, if you don't want to be woken up make sure the crew knows it. My wife was woken on every service.
Three meals on a single flight is disgusting. Even if I reject them all, sleeping is impossible and all that food (especially wasted food) is just antithetical to a pleasant flight experience. People were chucking multiple abandoned trays on the floor in front of my seat.
Similar to Hyd->Dubai this too was worst airlines. Bad seats, bad seating arrangement which created lot of confusion since family member were not given seat together. However most of them changed the seat and got with the family. Cheap tactics by Emirates.
The best ever, friendly and attentive cabin crew, amazing captains who utilised their expertise for less turbulence, just overall amazing
Overall I was quite pleased with the experience; the cleanliness; the polite and attentiveness of the cabin crew; and the delicious food options.
I would never have been able to make the transfer in time without asking for a wheelchair

Loved that I had an exit row seat, and there was no one else in the row! And again, I don' use on-line entertainment at all (I read or sleep) but I very much appreciate that I didn't hear anyone else's entertainment!
On this flight, about the last 2 hours the captain kept the cabin too hot. It appeared like the ac was off.
The staff was hospitable and professional. The seat had a bit of wear. The winner shade was stuck 1/4 open. I received the best of both worlds. The morning sun was able to come in and blind the screen i was trying to use while at the same time it was too low to look out and enjoy the view. Rather embarrassing for a 1st class ticket.
In Liberia airport 5 min before our departure the airport was closed for takeoff for 30 min. Upon arrival to IAH we didn’t have any available gate and waited taxing another 40 min. As a result we arrived for 1+ h later. The walkway to the passport control in IAH is about 1-2 ml long. After the passport control you have to pass the security check again. Only 3 out of 16 checkpoints were open and the line was enormously long. As a result, even though we supposed to have 2.5 hrs gap in between the flights we missed our transfer. United rebooked us for the next available flight early morning and provided free hotel and meal vouchers through.
United is an incompetent airline. They parked the plane on the tarmac for an hour after arriving because they “didn’t have a gate available” it was actually some sort of lie because as we de planed there were approximately 9 open and manned and empty gates that we walked past. Many people on the flight missed connections for the hour long sit on the tarmac. Utterly baffling and incompetent behavior from United flight ops.
I boarded flight UA#1318 at Sacramento International Airport going back to Houston TX. The flight was scheduled at 5:10am. I was able to check in virtually using the United Airlines app. When I entered the airport, there was no one outside assisting with checked bags as it was for Delta Airlines. Immediately upon entering, there was a LONG, EXTREMELY LONG line to the kiosks to get boarding passes. I stand in line to get boarding passes then had to move to ANOTHER EXTREMELY LONG line to get my bags checked in. While standing in this line, we noticed an agent taking customers to 3 at a time to her station to check their bags in. Lucky for me, she called me back, checked my bags for me and I was on my way. I then encountered another long line at the TSA check and to avoid I ending up having to sign up for CLEAR to bypass it. So glad, I did.,...Both of my flights were great with no issues, butthe check in progress at Bush Airport was so much smoother. Check-in at SMF airport needs to be anaylzed and corrected. Do better United, I know you can....thanks

Ot was overall fine. Left on time and had basic snacks. Weather was finicky but that’s not the airlines fault.

Crew and customer service were excellent. This flight also had plenty of leg room and seat mounted screens for entertainment. A very pleasant flight all around!
The airport staff never announced that boarding has started. Both at iad or Islamabad or Istanbul.

Seats too much and for the price we paid eve thought economy we still had to pay $169 to check a ba that’s ridiculous and also my daughter needed water so she can take her medicine we push the boton for the attendant to get us water they never came we push it 3 times no one came and ask what we needed . Am not happy with the service at all I will not fly with TK anymore
Boarding experience was a mess- both to and from Istanbul airport. No one knew anything. They asked everyone to line up according to their sit numbers- it was unbelievable. Business class had a separate line, but it was hard to find- I had to go through all that mess before finding it. Would not recommend
Excellent food and service on my international flight. Most notable is the food provided by Turkish even for coach passengers is very good.
They can my date of travel and let me standard in Istanbul for three days stop over and only pay for one day in a hotel with only one breakfast for three days.
the flight was cancelled and I was rebooked twice, once 26 hours later, then another 24 hours later. In total the flight was delayed for 40 hours. Never again will I use kayak or Turkish Airlines for my travel.
Worst experience with boarding once we left the wheel chair even traveling business we had to wait with all the crowd for the bus to take us to the plane then climb the stairs with our bags When you pay extra for comfort and convenience and you don’t get any is disappointing
