It was a pleasure to fly with EVA airlines from Taipei to San Francisco.
The soft service on EVA was superb from the quick and attentive flight attendants, to the turn down service, and excellent food. This all made my 11 hour flight very comfortable and relaxing.
Flight attendants were very helpful and nice. Would be nice to board on time.
I love EVA airline, but the KAYAK website for not in emergency, urgency and personal issues. For instance, on January 5/2026 with already booked the flight, I have a 15 hours of delay between airport when booked before as my choice. But if I want to go back home (U.S) early, then I have to contact the KAYAK office at I was in other country without phone service and nothing that EVA can do for me. Even I offered to pay more to change from another flight to go to the U.S early, not wasting at15 hours of delay, but EVA could not help me until I call KAYAK at an Island of nation. No office of KAYAK from any nation and times of difference in the world. However, everything and everyone is the best. Therefore, please KAYAK making much more easy for both the airline and passenger in some issues at the middle of nowhere in some country when no need to call KAYAK for some emergency, urgency, sick, etc or personal reference. Please, please, please no need to call KAYAK office for any changes of flights from urgency or private.
My seat arrangement was good with Eva Air. The toilet sanitary was good ( hand wash, face moist spraying, fresh air spray, hair moisturizer). But the Asian movie selection was not great at all.
Overall is good. But Asian movie selection was not great at all. And also more snack food to give out
Don’t preorder the diabetic meal if you don’t have to. Whoever creates those meals thinks everyone loves fish, and hates seasoning. In a world where we can find diabetic friendly candy and low card bread, it’s surprising that places are still serving flavorless gelatin and rice cakes. Boarding in Taipei was chaos. They tried to form a line but didn’t manage it. So once the gate was opened, the line didn’t matter and everyone just mobbed to the front.
Eva airlines has very goin service, despite being low cost. Meals and fin, not amazing, restrooms always clean and staff polite and helpful
Seats. there's no way to go to the washroom when you’re seated in the middle without bothering the person beside you.

The plane was very clean and the crew was very nice.
The lounge in Japan was busy and smaller. Have great choice of ramen.
Customer service was very good. Food was delicious. Wish the flight was longer.
I was good seat to keep stretch my legs . but couldn’t keep my bag in my hand . because they told me can’t keep my seat is no holder , because no seat fronts of us. wish I can put my leg on something higher. but instead of that everything goood.

Good airlines btu ORL airport messed up the return flight for me. Checking out a connecting flight pax is unacceptable.
The pilot was kept warning about the weather terrifying us. The flight attendants were not warm or pleasant.
I couldn’t sit with my daughter. we are separate and both seat was not window or halway side. in the middle. if we sit together will be share comfort seat and more easy travel. this is bad.
Although the flight was delayed because of the equipment came in late, I still give them excellent service ..good food selection and in flight entertainment were sufficient.. I will continue to fly with them
Staff was rude and loud. No respect for customers unlike the Starflyer Osaka to Haneda sector where service was outstanding. What a stark difference. Maybe United should learn from ANA how to do customer service.
The seat cushions are absolutely lacking, not sure if they know the passengers are traveling for 14 hours straight, but the padding made our back and butt ache like crazy. The entertainment console had its own problems, either the headphone jack wasn't working or the power outlet via usb or ac outlet was not working. Not to mention the seat handles were not adjustable in some planes in the middle or on the aisle. Qatar/Indigo may be operating a very old fleet of planes to make as much profit as possible, but passengers may not be following them for long, should this treatment of its customers continue. Qatar/Indigo, wake up and do it right by your customers, or they may not be your customers anymore.
It was very good. It was a long flight and being a tight with little leg room.
I always fly with Qatar air and you are the best. Keep up the good wor, after travelling with Qatar Air More than 80 times, you never offer to upgrade me.but it happened to my friend companion some time. Any how i still enjoying travelling with Qatar air and wait one day to upgrade me too. Best Regards
Paid $10 for wifi for full flight duration and the wifi wasn’t available after initial 2 hours
My baggage is lost. Flight cancelled, Rebooked ticket through long routes. Mental stress, emotional hurt
The flight overall was good. The attendants did a good job except that 1 female had too much fragrance on. The other things that made the flight unpleasant were out of the airlines control.
Nothing to complain. The staff and flight was good especially the seats which was better compared than the cloth ones on Qatar airways
I would love the entertainment center to be updated with more content. The flight to Doha had more options than the one to Miami
Overall the experience was neat with crew being nice and caring especially to parent with kids. The free snacks option was okay. The kiosk at Philly airport didn’t work.
First keep the airline as you promise. Reason for travelling from Orlando to Tampa is to go with Qatar Airline. We end up with American Airline. As expected the service was horrible.
Delayed, toilets did not flush, pilot parked to far away from Gate
Check-in, boarding and the flight from Phoenix to Houston was quick and easy. The flight from Houston to Shreveport was delayed 5 hours. It was frustrating but I think United handled it the best they could.
The staff was hospitable and professional. The seat had a bit of wear. The winner shade was stuck 1/4 open. I received the best of both worlds. The morning sun was able to come in and blind the screen i was trying to use while at the same time it was too low to look out and enjoy the view. Rather embarrassing for a 1st class ticket.
In Liberia airport 5 min before our departure the airport was closed for takeoff for 30 min. Upon arrival to IAH we didn’t have any available gate and waited taxing another 40 min. As a result we arrived for 1+ h later. The walkway to the passport control in IAH is about 1-2 ml long. After the passport control you have to pass the security check again. Only 3 out of 16 checkpoints were open and the line was enormously long. As a result, even though we supposed to have 2.5 hrs gap in between the flights we missed our transfer. United rebooked us for the next available flight early morning and provided free hotel and meal vouchers through.
United is an incompetent airline. They parked the plane on the tarmac for an hour after arriving because they “didn’t have a gate available” it was actually some sort of lie because as we de planed there were approximately 9 open and manned and empty gates that we walked past. Many people on the flight missed connections for the hour long sit on the tarmac. Utterly baffling and incompetent behavior from United flight ops.
I boarded flight UA#1318 at Sacramento International Airport going back to Houston TX. The flight was scheduled at 5:10am. I was able to check in virtually using the United Airlines app. When I entered the airport, there was no one outside assisting with checked bags as it was for Delta Airlines. Immediately upon entering, there was a LONG, EXTREMELY LONG line to the kiosks to get boarding passes. I stand in line to get boarding passes then had to move to ANOTHER EXTREMELY LONG line to get my bags checked in. While standing in this line, we noticed an agent taking customers to 3 at a time to her station to check their bags in. Lucky for me, she called me back, checked my bags for me and I was on my way. I then encountered another long line at the TSA check and to avoid I ending up having to sign up for CLEAR to bypass it. So glad, I did.,...Both of my flights were great with no issues, butthe check in progress at Bush Airport was so much smoother. Check-in at SMF airport needs to be anaylzed and corrected. Do better United, I know you can....thanks
everything was pretty good. Houston airport is awful. Unnecessarily inefficient; people working there are rude. Badly run

The Sears in the 800s are not too good perfect Airbus why cant the new 737 fix that
Ot was overall fine. Left on time and had basic snacks. Weather was finicky but that’s not the airlines fault.
They oversold the tickets by one which was my ticket so I didn’t have a ticket till last second

Seats too much and for the price we paid eve thought economy we still had to pay $169 to check a ba that’s ridiculous and also my daughter needed water so she can take her medicine we push the boton for the attendant to get us water they never came we push it 3 times no one came and ask what we needed . Am not happy with the service at all I will not fly with TK anymore
Boarding experience was a mess- both to and from Istanbul airport. No one knew anything. They asked everyone to line up according to their sit numbers- it was unbelievable. Business class had a separate line, but it was hard to find- I had to go through all that mess before finding it. Would not recommend
Excellent food and service on my international flight. Most notable is the food provided by Turkish even for coach passengers is very good.
