No a ala carte food available due to insufficient staff, no towel for shower and i need to use my own towel and carry the wet towel on the way back to Singapore, no hot water for shower, staff sitting down there to chit chat and a cleaner was preparing my lousy latte. Worst Plaza Premium Lounge experience!

Airport was crowded. As many other flights were delayed too.
Check in staff was trying to ensure me that hoping the cabin crew can help me changed seats
Flight was delayed by 2 hours. What's worst my 5 years old daughter have to be seperated from me. And instead of them asking the passengers to swap they'd expect me to solve their stuffed up. Not very impressed at all
