The boarding process in Chiang Mai was horrible. Gate change last minute left me with all our carryons and my husband in a wheelchair. No one came for him….. Inconsiderate and uncaring. Airport was crowded and no one cared….

Better explanation of where to line up when checking luggage.
No electrical plugs or USB plugs. No lounge at KKC airport.
Thai Smile must be the only airline in the world that still doesn’t allow mobiles and iPads to be used during taxi, takeoff and landing. No inflight service due to COVID but a little snack and water handed out as we left the plane. I also like the deplaning by row, I wish more airlines did this
Pros: "We forgot to pack our liquid products into the check in baggage. After we went through the security check, we brought the liquid products back to the boarding pass counter, our baggage had already been sent to downstream. But the staffs was very helpful, they provided a box, packed the liquid products for us and checked it in as the second luggage. This solved our headache and it was a huge deal for us, making us smile. Thanks to your crew/staffs again."

Cons: "There's only one down side of this flight. The Lucknow international airport terminal is downright embarrassing. There are four or five desks to handle passport control. That's fine, but none has a label on it as to who should be at which. NonIndians should go to the extreme left one. Then they have one xray machine that all arrivals have to put their carry-ons through while the previous flight is trying to put all their heavy luggage (they are most likely all male workers coming from the Gulf). Then there is a small, rickety belt with everyone crowded around for the luggage. Well, there are two belts, but only one is functional. And to top it off, most of the luggage carts have at least one broken wheel! Amazing and embarrassing when arriving from any terminal almost anywhere! Lucknow, you have a lovely domestic terminal, wake up and build an international one! Shurum ki bat ha!"

It's only a few baht/ US dollars more than the other airlines but well worth it for what you get in return compared to the other airlines such as Air Asia!"

Flight to Yangon from Bangkok was cancelled and they didn't send any notification to inform us. Horrible customer service. When transferred the flight to Thai Airways flight we were very rudely treated by the counter agent. For 5 hours of wasted time they "accomodated" us with 350 baht ($10) vouchers and when asked to provide us with free extra bag check-in the manager said sorry we can't do that. No resolution no compromise NO SMILE! Above average airline price with terrible service, expect this to happen to you too."

Instead of the flight attendants talking to each other they should have been monitoring the passengers. The person beside me took a phone call literally 30 seconds before the plane landed. As we were going down the runway ( from landing ) a person in the row in front of me and behind me made phone calls; CRAZY

It there for cost me $48 to book the bag on at the airport one way back. For some reason when I was paying they could not take for the full amount on my CC and so I had to go change money as $8 had to be paid cash (very strange). The flight was very uncomfortable. I could go into detail but now I’m just ranting. Not happy. Won’t be doing that again."

Adding on seat choices was only a few dollars more and included a delicious meal. You can purchase food and drinks/water on board. Tip: fill up a water bottle or purchase water in airport gate area before boarding plane to save money. Crew is very friendly and helpful. Flight offered purchase of Singapore SIM card with so many GBs for a great price - $15SGD."

Cons: "Checkin at the SIN airport is dysfunctional. Especially for the hub city of Singapore. Go various places and to pay for a bag the only had one person at the service desk. There was a long line of people going to various places with various issues and they only staffed the service desk with one person. Consitently that person has always been rude and non emotional. JetStar either needs to replace those staff are double if not triple the help at the service desk."

Cons: "It is a budget airline and it was transportation. It would have been nice to have some leg room, but I did't pay for any of that."

Cons: "Their 7kg TOTAL allowance for bags is RIDICULOUS. Only airline I have traveled with that enforces this so unfairly on a flight that wasn't even as low cost as they advertised. Not even the cheapest european airlines like Ryanair or the asian ones like Airasia become so pushy on this. I was forced to pay $40 for a carry on bag because of an annoying security officer who didn't even worked for Jetstar while I was going through security. What's the security risk there? On top of that to my surprise I saw people on my flight carrying 2 or more bags with evident overweight according to this unfair policy. So the rule is random and note applied evenly. Be careful if flying with them. Besides, the aircraft was cheap, uncomfortable and unpleasant."
Pros: "Everything went well. The crew was friendly and the flight flew on time."
Cons: "You must pay attention on what kind of ticket you bought, because some kinds have no baggage included to drop, so you must pay extra money to be allowed to do so (and it's really expensive if you do it last hour at the counter)."
Cons: "I tried to book luggage online but it didn't let me do it. I ended up having to shelve out more money at the airport. It is hilarious that the luggage cost more than the airline tickets. The airline staff at the counter laughed and asked me why didn't I do it online? Well I tried and I kept on crashing on their website."

No way to pay fixed bag costs, friend booked bag online for much cheaper and for 20kg, in person they charged me $60 for 15kg. The seats were super small and uncomfortable, no drinks were served, not even water was served."

Cons: "I have booked with Delta, ANA, Kuwait Air, Air Asia and Philipines Airline and none needed to see physical credit card. My girlfriend was not able to join me because of this unreasonable request. I offered to send copy of card with passport but they would not help. I have put a dispute with credit card as they would not let her on plane."
Cons: "My luggage arrived fine but the person I was flying with did not receive her luggage in Bangkok and has still not received it. This interfears with our travel plans and forces us to spend extra time and money waiting in Bangkok for her luggage to be found. Rather annoying"

Cons: "I ordered Kayak / JetStar's flight insurance and failed to read the fine print. I was unable to take the flight due to shifting employment. Even after paying all that money to be covered in case of cancellation, they didn't allow me to cancel the flight. Therefore, the flight was poor because I wasn't on it. Bangkok would have been nice..."
