Boarding was smooth. Staff friendly. Great selection of movies.
Dinner was really poor experience. However I guess it is a matter of taste (pun intended).
This’s the worse airlines that I ever use in my life, in my way back to Boston I get to the airport 2 and half hours before my flight, it was so crowded outside the door, so I didn’t get to check in till like an hour and 10 minutes, Guess what! They didn’t let me in because they close the gate they said?? They have me payed for another thicket to I take the next flight They are so weird, even when you called the customers service they will do nothing for you, like they don’t live in our planet!! Trust me stay away from this turkish airlines

They didn’t let us board the plane. Allegedly the plane was changed and make us travel by train!! They offered us a compensation but we haven’t heard from them yet. Not good experience at all.

Meals are served promptly and on a regular basis. Selection of entertainment is good but needs updating.
Boarding was a chaos at the Abu Dhabi airport, they were just calling out for the Business Class and passengers who are disabled and those who are travelling with children to board first when everybody came to line up. Nobody from the ground staff even asked them to give way for those who are boarding first or announced what zone are they boarding next. Also, i used the mobile app to check in, i am definitely sure i chose an isle seat (you can see it on the seat map during online check in) but i was surprised to see that i got a window seat.

Leg room not good
Lovely flight, start to finish. Attentive staff (but not too much so) and seats were comfortable, even in economy. Smooth front and back end to travels as well.
Movie selection could have been better.
Such an uncomfortable flight. Poorly organized, was a total chaos. Will never fly Qatar again!

The boarding gate space was quite small and there was no separate queue for business. So you literally had to push through people who were already in the queue to board as a business class. There was no space to go around.
Your staff is professional and endures difficult situations patiently and professionally. Kudos to them,
No wi-fi even though the flight was advertised otherwise. I chose Emirates because of wi-fi availability. The reason I was given for non-availability of Wi-Fi was that the airplane was brand new...which seemed a little convoluted for these times.
Food and crew were great
Entertainment was horrible...it was connected for the first 2 hours only then got disconnected for the whole flight duration...I couldn’t watch any movie, tv show, music, live tv, and the crew tried to reset the screen several times with no success, then it worked again in the last hour...I travelled on business class and paid the extra charge for better service
Emirates staff gone out of way to accomodate my seat. Even all the counters were closed. Excellent passenger service.
The service provided by the crew is top notch. No one goes hungry on Emirates.

Everything was great.
I did not enjoy sitting right at the back (back seat). It was very cramped and noisy as people were constantly using the toilets. But not only that, there was a passenger seated in the middle seat who was not well and she kept feeling nausea and wanting help but the crew did not know what else to do having asked if there was a doctor on board. But they were not very gentle with her in their responses. I am not sure if this had anything to do with the fact that she was a muslim dressed in traditional gear.
