No boarding bridge this time — we walked out to a bus and climbed the stairs up to the aircraft. Not the most convenient, but we got lucky with clear, sunny weather, so it actually felt kind of nice to get some fresh air before boarding. Flight delayed 3 HR 45 min, but prior notification given. However, plans had already affected.

They used the ATR 72-500 for the route and I love it.

Delayed 7 hours plus. Given $15 worth of meal at Subway but it was actually we can only choose 1 set meal instead of $15 of anything. The staff at subway weren’t happy to serve huge group of us. No detailed explanation given by the airline and we just have to keep looking for information at the departure tv screen.

Was all very easy, from buying the ticket online to walking stratup to the check-in desk, helpful and friendly checkin staff, punctual take off, good standard of aircraft, luggage was waiting by the time I had cleared immigration. Thumbs up all round.

No frills, basic flight in a puddle jumper. I wasn’t expecting refreshments nor entertainment. Everything was efficient, and everyone was pleasant.

The only problem was that I bought ticket on a third party app but I have to pay extra luggage cost, because of in their system different from my bought ticket. Every other was perfect

I don’t like the sour face of the check in staff at Penang international airport, front desk service provider should be more friendly n smiles always 😊

It was delayed for more than 1 hour due to LIMA when many planes landed & took-off at the same time. It could ve been better if the pilot or crew informed us every few minutes so that we know what’s going on.

The crews were very professional and courteous. Pleasant flight and thank you!

They wouldn't let me on the plane. The 3rd party apparently didn't pay for the tickets properly?

Overall experience is good but if the food menu can change to authentic Malaysia food will be good. I.e. Nasi Lemak, Char Kueh Tiew and etc

Surprised that the safety briefing was only conducted in Malay language and no English despite there are foreigners on board. MH should take safety more seriously.

Food was good but only 1 meal and 1 pie, instead of 2 meals. Both legs were late.

We are row 11, when the crew came to us, only one meal choice was available.

OK seats comfortable, easy boarding/embarking, excellent connection to domestic Malaysia flight with baggage checked through without customs. Catering especially drinks borderline ok luckily less important aspect

Jia yung was the flight attendant that made this a miserable flight.

AC not working, just slowly blowing room temperature air. Long taxi time does not help as well. Sweating all over the whole trip.

Did not take as cancelled 3 time so took another airline

Friendly staff but otherwise a typical no frills airline. The sets are extremely cramped

Wak all over the airport bit fast bording to flight smd miss my meeting in kuaa lumpur is the year end meeting no internet in flught which is not good Anyway overall is good thanks to the crew on duty Un able to check in on line and choose the seat thatbi wanted and in flight meal too unable to purchase rrally sad Should get priority seat in next booking

Flight was delayed from 8pm to near midnight. They made us board then sit in the cabin and wait for even longer for take-off. No compensation whatsoever - not even in a free drink or meal

We were told that flight was delayed by 20 mins, but it left close to an hour late. But they did make it up and arrived early; it's just very difficult to keep waiting when it's a late flight. Food was mediocre.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our pilot was skilled and clearly experienced. The value for the price was excellent. I would definitely recommend them.

Very quick turn around, plane was in good condition, alles paletti.

Instead of landing we had to go around and landed in Kuala Lumpur International Airport instead of Subang. Then we had to restart and arrived over 2.5 hrs late

As usual, poor communication on delays. No info, no updates, no apologies.

Boarding was nuts. Gate change. Delayed. No communication from gate staff. They seemed lost. Rest of the flight went well

Premium check in was worth it. Boarding process was a little chaotic. Seats were super cramped and I am less than 80kg and 180cm
