Pros: Location, cleanliness, Front desk and Bellman staff were very courteous and helpful.

Pros: The restaurant manager.
Cons:
I went to check into my room after having lunch. I said I would meet a coworker there. I got there and our waitress came out and talked to me in a very loud voice saying that none of us had paid for lunch, and that it was going to come out of her salary, and that I had to give her my charge card and pay for all the lunches. I told her that was not so as I saw each of us settle up our tabs. I turned around to leave and went down the escalator after I saw my friend was not there and got another text that he was downstairs.
She followed me downstairs loudly saying that we had not paid our bills and that she was going to call security. At the bottom of the escalator she found security. They all followed me back upstairs and by then my friend that I was supposed to meet joined us. I was a bit upset because I knew we all paid our bills. He was pretty calm and said what will it take to just get this taken care of for now so we can meet our friends for dinner and will come back later.
She just kept insisting there was nothing that could be done except to pay for all three lunches. It was also interesting that as soon as I got to my room there was a phone call verifying that I was just eating in the restaurant and I still wonder if that was not part of the scam. We finally got through to a manager.
After explaining the story again, she went over to a register and looked and found all three of our signed receipts for lunch.
She admitted that I should never have been treated like that and guess what, all of our lunches are comped on her!
Although it was very unnerving, everything turned out well and the hotel room was just fine.

Pros: Overall, room was fine but the outdated bathroom was horrible. It felt like I was staying at a motel.
Cons:
3.1 Mediocre
Pros: I’ve stayed here before. Location is the only good thing going for this hotel.
Cons: Walked into my room to find a large puddle of dirty water by the toilet. Ended up having to throw away my socks. Front desk was useless. Had to wait a while for their “engineer” to come check it out. Overall, poor customer service. I wanted to be moved to a new room. If the maid couldn’t clean up a puddle of dirty water, what else did they decide to not clean. Never staying here again.
7.1 Good
Pros: Slow service . Took about an hour and a half to get my car back with the valet service! Asked for an extra duvet at night. After an hour called again where we were reassured it was coming. It never came. Clean and comfortable room.
Cons:

Pros: The service was great and everyone very friendly. The bed was comfortable and the view was great.
Cons:

Pros:
Cons: Staff did not give any information about hotel, amenities, coffee in lobby, tiered deck on higher floors, location of spa, etc. just handed us keys and pointed to elevator. A little more info up front would have been helpful.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was good. enough choices.
Cons: the bed mattress was so worn room 628 the springs were poking out ,,not something you would expect from an expensive hotel, a new mattress and nice bed sheets /comforter would be expected, towels were fine , bathroom fine , carpets are never really clean, furniture a bit worn, needs some refreshing , but overall hotel was good location and staff was friendly. and rooms were very quiet and well insulated from noise.instead of lounge chair a table with 2 chairs would be nice to have breakfast in room. parking was expensive $72.00 one night. A gym would be nice .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was incredible throughout. When my brother had some medical issues hotel employee was amazing, stayed with us, truly concerned. He helped get his son set up with a bed my daughters room. Gave me hugs of support! Truly remarkable staff!
Cons: Wish there was in room coffee?
7.0 Good
Pros: Great location. Friendly staff. Rooms are a little drab. Bed was not that comfortable and the pillows were shockingly hollow
Cons: They messed up our breakfast order on about three fronts and it got to the point that it was a little embarrassing to ask for anything further.
7.0 Good
Pros: Great location!
Cons: The staff was aloof and not overly helpful. Our room was next to a wedding on the fifth floor which was very loud.

Pros: The staff offered me a water view with no additional price when I noticed that I has stated this request in the booking receipt. The cleaning was OK.
Cons: The hotel does not offer breakfast. As all American hotels, it blocks a lot of your money on the card for no purpose, and then you wait it to come back - they did that without informing me of it. For those who travel for work and have to report on the money spent, this is the situation one cannot explain to the granting agencies - why you paid 700 dollars instead of 500. Then, a window in the bath could not be closed. I got slightly injured when trying to close it.

Pros: Really loved staying here! My boyfriend and I stayed for three nights and were able to walk to some nearby places for food and entertainment. Upon check in, the receptionist asked what we were doing in the city, I let her know it was my birthday and offered to upgrade our room to a suite! That was so sweet of her. The rest of the staff was super friendly as well. The room was clean which is my number one thing I look for when booking a room. Bed was comfy and thermostat was easy to use. We had a corner room facing traffic which I was a little worried about because of the complaints of noise from other reviews but it really wasn’t bothersome. When you’re first arriving to check in, you can pull up right in front of the hotel to unload your things before having to park elsewhere

Pros:
Cons: We booked a room with two queen beds because we are party of four people. But this hotel assigned a room with only one bed. We, of course, requested the hotel to change the room. But they kept saying meaningless excuses, such as that they do not have any available room, that the reservation was confirmed, but room type was not. In conclusion, they offered us a room with two queen beds, but it was very uncomfortable experience. Actually, they told a lie to customer because they did have available room...

Pros: Clean
Cons: Small space, old elevator, and the WiFi, we can’t connect it even though we are the membership of Hilton
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beds were very comfortable and clean!! It was a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it! Danny the front desk man was great and so was Paul at the front bar area.
Cons: Nothing hotel wise. Only issue was a weirdness from the back bar area. Felt I was being monitored and made me feel uncomfortable.
7.0 Good
Pros: booked a special rate for a suite. The room was larger than our condo. the view of coit tower was spectacular. the location was good, able to park across the street for half the price of the hotel. breakfast in the executive room was included. illy espresso in the room. we felt very spoiled although the decor is a bit out dated.
Cons: all of the staff we encountered seem to be under trained and our final bill is wrong.
4.0 Okay
Pros: It is clean
Cons: It is un Chinatown, not financial district Had to make 20 minutes lÃne to use the elevator, they were always full, only 4 old unprogrammed elevators for all the hotel

Pros: Location
Cons: Room was the size of a walk in closet next to the elevator shaft and 65 dollars for parking plus 10 dollars tax last time I stay here!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were booked for a room on the 7th floor and we were told they upgraded us. We were upgraded to Rm2700, a suite! Beautiful room, great service, well done!
Cons:
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location was great, its really close by GC bridge and downtown.
Cons: Car Parking cost was too high, room was too small, no microwave, and we have to pay for wifi as well.
9.0 Excellent
Pros:
Cons: The price of the room and description did not state that the room would be NEXT to the elevator. When I arrived, they told me this. The room was half the size of the other rooms, very clostrophobic. At the end they were nice enough to change it.
6.0 Good
Pros: Good room size
Cons: During busy time, only 1 elevator was operational
8.0 Excellent

Pros: Small, decent room with your own sink. Common areas and bathrooms / showers cleaned very often. If you think of it like a combination of a hostel, the cot your parents bust out when you visit for the holidays, and couch surfing you'll be good.

7.1 Good
Pros: It was under a 100 bucks. It has multiple shower and restroom. I like the cozy ancient charms.
Cons: No overnight guest policy. They wouldnt allow me to pay for my friend unless it was cash. Only one person was allowed in room overnight. So I dont know how romance would work? The bed was really short for my guest that I booked it for. One of the toilets spelled really bad.

Pros: Small, decent room with your own sink. Common areas and bathrooms / showers cleaned very often. If you think of it like a combination of a hostel, the cot your parents bust out when you visit for the holidays, and couch surfing you'll be good.
Cons: $50 cash deposit might not be obvious if you book through third-party sites. Rooms definitely have a cleaning product smell, so not a good fit for the chemically sensitive.

Pros:
Cons: It is a boarding house, not the hotel. I cannot even find where there was a bathroom and there are no amenities whatsoever. There’s no one on site working
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Location is convenient, but ABSOLUTELY NOT worth it
Cons: This is a prison-like hotel trying to rip you off. It's the worst-ever experience I've ever had. - No hot water - Bed bugs and dirty sheets, I couldn't fall asleep several nights - Bathroom is dirty, there are only 2 bathrooms for 40 tenants, so you most likely need to wait - Very noisy, difficult to fall asleep - Reception (morning shift) is extremely rude, he literally said "you've paid and we don't care about your comments online, there's nothing we can do"

Pros: The staff was helpful
Cons: It's a hostel. With various junkies walking in and out all day. On my blinds was a giant wad of recently chewed gum, there were also crumbs on my bed sheets
4.6 Okay
Pros: Location is good.
Cons: Smells like urine, the room is cleaned with some strong perfumes, but when you inhale the air, it still smells like urine. I mostly saw homeless people in this building.. once, i woke up in the night to go to the restroom and behind me in the corridor a weird drugged man was behind me in the dark screaming arrr arrr like a zombie.. very spooky experience.. Incredible. But true.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The room itself was clean but much smaller than depicted in photos.
Cons: The bathrooms were pretty disgusting, there was urine on the floor and the showers were awful. Also, found it a bit odd there weren’t any sinks except the one in the room. Also,I wasn’t informed on how to get into the building after office hours, which resulted in a very stressful time until the night manager Greg, who is amazing, found me.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The staff was very friendly It is located at the border of china town and financial district
Cons: Room was much smaller than these presented in the pictures Even though my room looked fairly cleaned the whole place (bathroom/toilets) were not cleaned frequently and were usually dirty. It is not really a hotel and I wish it wouldn't brand itself that way.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The Location is good, and for that Location the price seems ok.
Cons: It‘s quite run down.
6.0 Good
Pros:
Cons: Their competitors are from third world.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Location
Cons: There were bed bugs. Also cockroaches which are not so terrible as bed bugs... Moved to different hotel 2nd day when the bed bugs were exposed. Hotel managed to give me refund for 2 nights of 3 after contacting booking.com and providing photo and video evidences of bed bugs. Also the room and whole hotel is dirty and smell no good. You can find smell of weed which smoothly moves to smell of urine depends on your location in hotel.
