The room was just beside of elevators I couldn't sleep at all because of Big Noise from elevators. It was my worst experience and I never go this hotel again in my life.
The bed was big & comfortable, the shower was great, the staff were wonderful. The room was spotless but that big outside window- showing off the most amazing view ever (Coit Tower and the Bay) so needed a cleaning - understand it’s expensive and risky, but if it had been clean it would have been the best room on the planet
Everything, except the window I noted above, was perfect
I got double charged for parking. Beware of this.
Great location, nice room, helpful staff
Loved everything else, staff where very helpful
Windows could do with a clean
