Pros:On board crew was helpful and polite considwring our circumstances.
Cons:Our flight was delayed 3xs (non weather) they said we would miss our connection (I didn't think we would) THEY rebooked a later flight. Of course we landed in time for our original flight. They refused to let us back on our original flight. Put me in touch w/ the help desk who after talking in circles admitted it was their mistake but he had no authority to help. FINAlly & only because others missed their flight we were given the option to go. Crew misplaced our luggage and sent it on a flight we were never supposed to be on, and the bad experience with delays of hours on end continued coming home. (Mechanimal non weather) WE WILL NEVER FLY DELTA AGAIN!
Super good crew... food was pretty awful- overall Delta is my favorite carrier- takes off on time, good boarding process etc.
It was a crowded flight. They did the best they could.

Pros:We actually did not fly this route. We bought a car and drove home!
Pros:Food was good and plentiful. I definitely left the flight feeling full.

Overview of Delta
Founded in 1924 and originally known as Huff Daland Dusters, Delta Air Lines is one of the oldest airlines in the world. On top of an operating base in Atlanta, it has additional hubs in Detroit, Los Angeles, Seattle, New York, Salt Lake City and Boston. The largest number of flights are scheduled in and out of Atlanta, which is also the location of the carrier’s maintenance wing.
A combination of Airbus, Boeing and McDonnell Douglas aircraft are operated. Delta Air Lines has a preference for short-to-medium range jets with narrow bodies. Some of the most common models flown are the Airbus A321 and Boeing 737.
