Flight was half an hour delayed and gate was changed only once but not very far. Weather was good so smooth flight. So all in all was a good flight on a Sunday.
Boarding was on time and orderly. Crew was efficient. Departure as scheduled. I did not order food.
Due to very heavy rain in Jakarta which caused bad floods on the highways the captain kindly delayed the departure to allow many passengers to reach the plane with almost 2 hours delay. Otherwise the flight was smooth and uneventful. I was disappointed that given the long delays the passengers were not even treated to a free bottle of water. I had to buy a packet of salted peanuts and bottle of water since I missed lunch.
They don t offer even a glass of water need to buy a drink if you are tursty they can save money and timeby cancel the food offer for 1 hr fly both fly nobody buy and try sale on boad thinkthe we can buyduty free store
Compared with other LCC, Air Asia is a lot better
AirAsia is running a bait scam by listing a lot of flights to get as much booking as possible but ending up merging the flights to fill the seat. They will change the schedule as much as they would like. Just beware when booking their flights and if you are tight on schedule. Prepare to be disappointed.
We had an emergency seat to more comfortable and more leg room. It was good for a budget airline
Liked the food. It’s was delicious! The cleanliness was average.. we saw dried liquid stains on the seat head in front. The flight was delayed. My experience with other airlines is that the flight crew usually announces an apology for the delay . Maybe air Asia doesn’t deem it necessary.. In summary the only positive that stood out was the food.
My flight got cancelled 7 days before departure, the the replacement flight was cancelled again and I was not notified, but found out during check in.
Poor booking website other travel agents are more competent. Flights on transit does not require visa

Flight was delayed from 8pm to near midnight. They made us board then sit in the cabin and wait for even longer for take-off. No compensation whatsoever - not even in a free drink or meal
We were told that flight was delayed by 20 mins, but it left close to an hour late. But they did make it up and arrived early; it's just very difficult to keep waiting when it's a late flight. Food was mediocre.
I had a wonderful experience with this company. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our pilot was skilled and clearly experienced. The value for the price was excellent. I would definitely recommend them.
Very quick turn around, plane was in good condition, alles paletti.
Instead of landing we had to go around and landed in Kuala Lumpur International Airport instead of Subang. Then we had to restart and arrived over 2.5 hrs late

Premium check in was worth it. Boarding process was a little chaotic. Seats were super cramped and I am less than 80kg and 180cm
The flight was delayed for over 4 hours. No proper explanation was provided. 3h later they started to give food. After 4h they started to give cash (300k rupiahs). However overall experience wasn't the best. I'd rather arrive in time.
Lion Air aircrafts always switch off A/C while parking in the tarmac and let its boarded passenger feel "the sauna". I believe modern aircraft has what so called APU to power the AC while waiting for boatding procesd
There was a stopover and they didn't tell us we had to deplane, our ticket didn't show this stopover and there was no time for a layover, just 10 minutes to run from one plane through security to another plane with the same flight number. They don't serve even water on the plane, it was awful.
One hour Late to board. An additional hour later to arrive at our stop. Not running A/C while boarding so even the cabin crew were sweating profusely. My knees were into the next seat for the first time in my life. Cabin seemed in okay condition.
Flight was delayed by 2 hours, there was a pack of biscuits and water included as compensation. It seemed to happen a lot as some people knew it was going to be delayed..
I was pretty sure my seat includes a meal. But I guess I was wrong because I wasn't served a meal on my flight with Batik Air from Kota Kinabalu to Kuala Lumpur. I was fortunate because the layover was more than an hour in Kuala Lumpur. Otherwise, I could have cause a delay to the connecting flight to Taiwan because my terminal to board the next flight is located at different building. I had to take a train to the satellite building. Overall, all is well.
Freezing onboard and staff refused to give me hot water “because we were landing soon”. The plane arrived at the gate an hour late. And there’s an air leak in one of the bathrooms. Very scary noise.
During this flight all the crew just focused on making money by selling food and drinks. There was only one washroom open. And it really smelled bad and wasn’t usable. Even to watch something onboard entertainment u have to rent headphones pathetic airline but only one with direct flight so pretty much the only option from Karachi to KL

The OD2204 KUL-LGK was delayed 40 minutes due to air-condition malfuntion, after inspection the technician give green light for the flight to go as usual but the air-condition is still not working properly, passengers complaining to the stewardess but they cannot do anything, I did tweet to @malindoair to complaint but no reply from them … hope this Batik Air is not having problem like Rayani Air and I do hope the management do respond to my complaint as well

Silly to not even offer people water for free when they are paying so much for tickets.
You get what you pay for. It’s functional and gets you from point A to B in good comfort. However, food options are limited and cash only, Crew is a hit and miss .. they get your attention if you reach out.
Good leg room ... air conditioning was a bit warm don't Book row 8 ... no windows
The worst kind of budget airline. To be honest....the plane was not that bad. Would have been good to have some food choices and some water. What was by far the worse is the passengers/customers that this airline attracts. Coughing and spluttering all over one another with no masks. Just disgusting. Pay for a better carrier and get a better class of passenger.
Boarding was delayed by a quarter hour but take off was delayed about half an hour from the scheduled time. But the longest delay was in the waiting time for delivery of the luggage after arrival at Jakarta International Airport which took an hour after passengers disembarked into the terminal.
The trip canceled and transferred me to another flight after 1 hour
