Everything was great except the boarding experience. After the check in, they "packed us" in a small area, very hot there. It would be nice to be aware of this, I'd wait on the outside area
I take emirates because of direct flights Otherwise no Cabin crew niot friendly and never friendly across the airlines Planes old inside not renewd .. this is not an issue The issue is the poor service
the seat is quite narrow compared to others. entertainment and food were very good

The service on board was excellent, the flight wasn’t overbooked and we departed and arrived on time.
One of the worst flights I took in My life, delays after delays, then the AC is not working and we were living in a sauna,& we were sweating like pigs. and this even before take off. Next we arrived late one hour late, baggage claims worse than the delay itself add to that one more hour to get our luggage. I am extremely disappointed and my experience is I’m never going to fly on Emirates airline. Immigration was the only good thing about this trip. It took us seven minutes to go through to the luggage claims.
More than two hours delay I could not do my tax refund because of the delay to check in They lost my luggage
Emirates is always great experience, however, they should reopen their lounge in Istanbul. The IGA lounge is not worth it
This airline is one of the best Ihave travel around the world well use them again in the future the food was higher quality plus your personal aboard communicated in many languages on our flights 13 this was amazing 👏 🤩 😀 👌 😄 thank you
Friendly staff. My seat was changed at the last minute. Afterwards, my seat was taken by someone else by mistake.
The crew were really bad mannered! And spoiled all my mood throughout the flight!

I booked tickets for a family of five and specifically paid extra to select our seats together. We spent nearly $1,000 extra (around $100 per seat) for extra legroom so we could sit near each other. However, despite paying for this, we ended up being separated on the flight. This caused a major issue for our family because my parents do not speak English and rely on me to translate and assist them during the journey. I do not understand why Etihad changed our reserved seats without explanation. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience. I expect the airline to do better, and I am requesting a full refund for the seat selection fees we paid.
1 hour delay meant missed my connecting flight and 1st day of holiday

Ripped off and broken seats in Business class. Seats stink and need to request the staff for additional bedsheets. Crew if very friendly though
Food was very good. Again tray could use a non-skid mat. I had a regular seat - comfortable - able to sleep undisturbed. Boarding was uneventful.
Food from NYC outbound flight was bad. Below average quality.
I travelled from Adu Dhabi to Melb; service was minimal at best, when I asked for a bottle of water but no meal I was told it was not available- it seemed a cup would do. The staff were un helpful & dismissive. We had a family near us who I never saw obtain any assistance from crew- they were simply avoided! Meal was simple and adequate no hot drinks were on offer until close to arriving, with a pseudo breakfast. Seats were tight despite obtaining extra leg room. I will not be flying with Etihad again and will not recommend them to family & friends.
The seat was not functional. Very uncomfortable to sit upright for that many hours😢. There was no legroom. Can’t move the legs or the body. We should have the option to pick our seats. There was no need to call customer support team and have them pick and we pay for the premium seats. When I called the CST regarding the seats, their response is gaslighting. Total disappointment. We have paid to be tortured by Etihad Airlines.
