After boarding, it became apparent that the cabin air conditioning was not functioning adequately. When we initially raised the concern, a flight attendant informed us that it would take approximately 10 minutes for the temperature to cool down once the aircraft began operating. We trusted this explanation; however, the cabin remained uncomfortably warm, and many passengers—including my family—were sweating for an extended period. After approximately 45 minutes, I raised the issue again. While the attendant mentioned that adjustments had been made, the response did not reflect the seriousness of the ongoing discomfort. It was only after about an hour into the flight that the temperature finally improved and the cabin became more comfortable. I also spoke with several other passengers seated nearby, and they confirmed they were experiencing the same issue. As a frequent traveler who has always associated Singapore Airlines with high standards of service, this experience was very disappointing. It has made me reconsider choosing this route with your airline in the future. It was okay. I feel that Singapore Airlines isn't as good as it used to be but it's still not bad
No frills airline with minimal leg room and no entertainment
SQ service is great as always. However, the food quality seems to have gotten a lot worse recently.
The seat in economy class and legroom in Singapore airline are narrower than Korean airlines! I don’t have that comforting feeling flying with Singapore air as in the past!
They close their counter so early. I had internet issues so I couldn’t check In online . I would have made the flight but their counter was closed 5 minutes before we arrived. No way of contacting them even though I had the confirmation number and tried to check in the night before on someone else’s phone. I tried calling their customer service with no pick up. Horrible experience, I’m very unhappy with them. I hope to never fly with them ever again. It costed me almost $900.
The stewardess was very helpful all the way. My seat had an issue with headphones and after the replaced and gave me a new pair and noticed it was the seat I got a new chair to sit and a great ride back home
Airport lounge for business class is too crowded and not comfortable. Poor foods and facilities. Boarding was delayed. A lot of coughing people in the flight even in the business class, which indicated poor screening and health risks.
Seamless fussy free flight. Great service as expected of SIA.
I was very impressed with this airline. The plane was clean. The attendance were nice and it was a great comfortable experience. The zipper on my suitcase broke after I checked it, and they wrapped it all Thailand plastic wrap to prevent it from coming apart during the flight. When I got to Los Angeles, all of my items were safe and still in the bag. That is above and beyond!
No boarding bridge this time — we walked out to a bus and climbed the stairs up to the aircraft. Not the most convenient, but we got lucky with clear, sunny weather, so it actually felt kind of nice to get some fresh air before boarding. No entertainment screens on board, which is pretty standard for a budget carrier, but I appreciated that each seat had two types of USB ports with fast charging — a small thing, but it kept my devices topped up for the whole flight. The cabin crew were the highlight. Genuinely warm, attentive, and professional throughout, which made a big difference on a longer short-haul flight like this. Overall, a comfortable four-hour flight for the price. Flight delayed 3 HR 45 min, but prior notification given. However, plans had already affected.
They used the ATR 72-500 for the route and I love it.
Delayed 7 hours plus. Given $15 worth of meal at Subway but it was actually we can only choose 1 set meal instead of $15 of anything. The staff at subway weren’t happy to serve huge group of us. No detailed explanation given by the airline and we just have to keep looking for information at the departure tv screen.
Was all very easy, from buying the ticket online to walking stratup to the check-in desk, helpful and friendly checkin staff, punctual take off, good standard of aircraft, luggage was waiting by the time I had cleared immigration. Thumbs up all round.
No frills, basic flight in a puddle jumper. I wasn’t expecting refreshments nor entertainment. Everything was efficient, and everyone was pleasant.
The only problem was that I bought ticket on a third party app but I have to pay extra luggage cost, because of in their system different from my bought ticket. Every other was perfect

It was delayed for more than 1 hour due to LIMA when many planes landed & took-off at the same time. It could ve been better if the pilot or crew informed us every few minutes so that we know what’s going on.
They wouldn't let me on the plane. The 3rd party apparently didn't pay for the tickets properly?
We are row 11, when the crew came to us, only one meal choice was available.
Comfortable seats in economy, managed a few hours sleep in an o night flight but the food was terrible. Surprising as Malaysia airlines has been good in the past. Service was mediocre this time too.
Jia yung was the flight attendant that made this a miserable flight.
The IFE is quite unconvenient if using our own device. Not all passenger brought their own earphone/headphone.

Elderly individual shud be given priority to board the plane together with passengers with children and disabled. Otherwise things are OK.
I had purchased extra leg room for all legs of the flight but due to a delay in leaving Perth I was put on another flight but with Emirates. My luggage was initially lost but later found and my suitcase was broken. I ended up losing my upgrades

Flight was delayed from 8pm to near midnight. They made us board then sit in the cabin and wait for even longer for take-off. No compensation whatsoever - not even in a free drink or meal
We were told that flight was delayed by 20 mins, but it left close to an hour late. But they did make it up and arrived early; it's just very difficult to keep waiting when it's a late flight. Food was mediocre.

We recently flew with AirAsia and encountered several issues. Our flight was delayed by over an hour, and both boarding and takeoff were postponed without any prior notification. Although we eventually realized there was a delay on our own, the crew did inform us afterward. To make up for lost time, the pilot took off at high speed, resulting in some turbulent moments that were quite scary. Despite these challenges, the cabin crew did an excellent job managing the situation and easing the inconvenience. Overall, while the delays and turbulence made for a stressful experience, I appreciated the crew’s efforts to keep us as comfortable as possible.

Scoot is a no frills budget airline. Do not expect a legacy airline experience.
Boarding took forever. It's also weird that we paid more (for preferred seats) to get on the plane last. Inflight WiFi never worked the entire trip. I want my money back.
WiFi didn’t work on both sectors so made killing time harder - planes clean modern and good flight crew - would do again if WiFi works
We flew on the 787 Dreamliner direct to main gate at KLIA2, quick entry via eGate and on the train 41mins after touchdown. Go well SCOOT
It was a cheaper flight and it arrived early. I thought the crew were pretty noisy for an overnight flight, and my friend was not able to sleep because of the noise. Also I think it’s absurd they don’t provide complementary water. Why does everything have to be a surcharge? Airplanes are dehydrating and it would be beneficial to help passengers stay healthy.
U could offer everyone a drink ,juice or water.. coffe or tea ...ur air craft isn't a flea market ,where someone has to buy a tea or water!!
Extra luggage after you purchase 1 is gonna jacked u up to 800sgd which is so up to the hook... you could buy 3 round trips ticket on that price.. im so disappointed.. im not gonna choose this airline anymore.. horrible experience...
