Pros: Horrible, tv not working. I asked for no vegan and they forgot to bring my food. After I mentioned, they finally brought and was vegan! Plane very unconfortable and old. Totally different than the connection place that was way less time on air.

Pros: For the price that we paid, it included 30kg baggage and refreshment (orange juice, water, coffee, a slice of pizza and a muffin) - it was worth it. The legroom is spacious, the seat was comfortable and the cabin crew was awesome. Flight was on time, check in was acceptable (considering people travelling from Bandung has a lot of check in baggage due to shopping).

Cons: this is the first international flight that charges you money for everything on board. hungry? purchase food. thirsty? pay for the water as well. even for the check-in luggage, you have to pay. so pay a little more and book a nicer-better airline. the crew is not professional and does not understand how to talk to clients properly. I am well aware of the fact that clients are often over demanding in the services they are being provided and rarely appreciative of the crew that does everything to make your journey pleasant. However on all the four Airasia flights from Delhi Kuala Lumpur Phuket, the overall attitude of the crew members was not nice.
Cons: Regarding the luggage. Myself need to purchase luggage but some of the people not need to buying. The Airasia staff informing that my luggage and laptop more than 11kg and need to purchasing. This is first time, I hear that laptop including also. As per my view, I had saw some of the people more heavy and biggest than me but still can go through. It is because I am foreigner and they are local person.

Pros: I will say that the AirAsia crews do save the day. This is my first time flying AirAsia on a 3 leg trip (currently on leg 2) and the crew members have been absolutely awesome and stellar.
Cons: I’m just a BIG guy so space is my overall complaint. But as my first experience with AirAsia, it has not been a great one. First my initial flight kept being delayed and delayed until it was actually canceled. Then my second leg of my vacation trip, again, delayed and they just had us standing in line waiting to board our flight. Again I give praise to the wonderful crew members for the stellar and comforting service. They truly are the reason I have not given up on AirAsia just yet. Now I do have one leg left, my tip home...I’m hoping that this one will be the overall best experience for my AirAsia. I’m praying for an on time departure, and another wonderful staff and just a tiny bit more leg space. Wish me luck

Pros: Everything was smooth. MAS staff attitude has changed to the better tremendously. Friendly staff, orderly boarding, pilot announcements were clear with good command of English.
Cons: BKK to KL flight food needs some improvement. Presentation and taste. I had the fried fish with rice. But it was really tasteless.

Pros: Except for a 1-hour delay, overall the flight was good, smooth and enjoyable. Loved the inflight meal. For the price we paid we got meal and 30kg baggage allowance, we thought that was just value for money. And they departed from KLIA and not klia2 which is more convenient.

Later flight was delayed, resulting in me missing my friends pre wedding henna party and arriving more than 8 hours late. Not a single apology given!

Pros: Flight was good. Left a little late still arrived on time. I was traveling with one extra bag. 18 kilos. Cost at counter was $150.00. (Ouch) Anyway after paying the extra bag fee I went there office in the airport and purchased the same extra bag for my return flight for $28.00. Nice flight but make sure you purchase ample baggage when booking your flight.

Cons: We paid $37 to check in 1 Baggage and the flight from SFO to Beijing had delivered the baggage in baggage claim area. We had to take Chinese Visa to get to the baggage, even-though it is a transit. We missed the next connecting flight to Shenzhen as it ate up all our time. Now have to travel in the mercy of the airlines for next flight. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU LIST THAT "VISA NEEDED IF CHECKING IN BAGGAGE" MISSED ALL FLIGHTS

Cons: Departed from KL with a carry on, never asked to weigh it or check its size. On the way back from Langkawi, I was asked to weigh the bag since they suddenly implemented a policy of no more than 7kg on board. Told the rude creature that it was ok when I left KL, he said: here in langkawi we are implementing the policy and have nothing to do with KL!! Was asked to check-in my bag, and paid RM79 for the extra 3 kilos. Never flying with them again.
