The flight attendants were very attentive. Not super friendly, but polite. And they gave me a vegetarian meal, which I really appreciated
They were VERY street about no cell phones or laptops even though I was on airplane mode. Plus, they even advertised wifi for the flight. On a 12 hour flight, I was mildly annoyed.
Personal attitude was very poor. Too cold on plane. Food smelled horrible. Operation of PA system on plane was left on for extended periods of time cutting off the movie. The plane didn’t have enough customs forms. Delayed. Too much to list.

Crazy way ti aboard. A little disorganized and some people take advantage of that affective others. From the gate to the plane the bus made worst the situation. Some people disrespect others.
The bathrooms were clean
First, our flight to Bali was canceled, there was a scam delaying and delaying the flight so that no one was offered vouchers. But the gate told us it was definitely canceled even though it was never officially canceled. We flew to Manila instead. They botched our return ticked accidentally booking us home on a flight 3 days later. We were on hold 45 minutes but no one answered when we tried to call so we had to wait at the airport to talk to someone - of course their convenient hours are 2AM - 10AM. When we finally did get a flight, the food was awful, the "vegetarian option" was inedible. The thimble of wine was mean considering there is no alcohol in flight. The snack was a tiny package containing 8 tasteless peanuts. We were reprimanded for getting more water. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They may not always tell you everything, but they seem to think of their passengers first. I was worried about getting my bag out of the overhead bins which ended up three rows ahead of me. I thought I was going to have to exit the plane from the rear since that was how I entered and wondered how I would get my bag. Turns out this was not the case as everyone would exit from the front.
Being seated at the rear of the plane. This was not the flight seat I chose and paid for at booking originally. Do not know what happened with that. I needed to make an international connection within an hour and half for boarding and was nearly the last off the plane. Made it just fine, but felt lucky airport seemed not so busy. I am not sure about pre-booking seats being worth it as my way home I did not seem to get any of them.

Having to pay for food or drinks. It's not that much to offer some peanuts and a coke. I would have liked the cabin lighting dimmed sooner and less early before landing.
Flight was smooth and on time. Good flying the 777. Lots of open seats in a not so full flight. The food was good for economy class and the flight attendants very attentive and looking for ways to serve.
The arm rests of the seating would not fold all the way up to allow me to spread to the 2 empty seats next to me. I laid across all 3 seats and tried to sleep, however had the armrest jammed into my back and legs. Also, it took too long for the cabin crew to get the passengers convinced to close the window shades, so the cabin was brightly lit for the entire flight.
I had to pay for my standard seat selection, even within the 24 hour period. They wouldn't serve me tap water, I had to pay for a bottle. The boarding process was abyssmal. Not a great trip.
Got sick with the food I had on flight from Del to London and was puking through my next flight from Lon to Van
