Pros: location, outstanding staff (one exception) - very accomodating
Cons: individual operating front desk asked repeatedly for a cash deposit for an excursion and discovered (zero) absolutely no funding of any nature could be applied from hotel to company operating tour. I only saw her weekends and we were planned to check out in two days. she spoiled an otherwise outstanding experience
Pros: We've spent 12 days in Europe, starting in Prague and ending in Vienna. The Ventana was the best hotel we stayed at, even better than a Relais & Chateau hotel we stayed in. And it was reasonably priced for this quality. Highly recommended.
Ventana Hotel Prague offers a great location, putting you within just a 10-minute walk of Old Town Square and Tyn Church, plus an airport shuttle is available for CZK 850 per vehicle one way. Free perks include buffet breakfast, WiFi, and wired Internet. Rooms at this upscale hotel feature bonuses like kitchenettes and sofa beds, along with Select Comfort beds and minibars.
Pros: The staff at Radisson Blu Alcron are the friendliest and most personable bunch of people. From the front desk to the bar staff, they made any first time travelers to Prague very welcomed. Ondrej took the time to point out some of the best places to see and things to do while in Prague.
The location of the hotel is also excellent. The rooms are very quiet even the ones facing the main thoroughfare.
Cons: The rooms are rather small. They can really do away with the fabric sofas in the room (hygiene reasons) and just place 2 armchairs in the room to open up the space.
Pros: I liked the kindness of the sraf. They helped us with every question and need. the room was cleened every day we left the room

Pros: Fabulous hotel that exceeded our expectations. Great property... Great service ... Great location.
Pros: Your staff is excellent, the hotel is gorgeous, decorated exquisitely, the breakfasts werea wonderful variety to choose from, especially the made to order omlets. The personal greeting when we arrived and the rolled wet cloths for our hands. Great!
Pros: Quality of the room, reception staff friendly always wanting to help.Quality of food.Central location.
Cons: Most unfriendly restaurant staff.Never saw a smile. It seemed as if just pouring a cup of coffee was doing us a favour
Pros: Great hotel with a wonderful location. 24-hour bar and restaurant were exceptional. Friendly and helpful staff.
Pros: Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. We had 3 people in our party (two twins and a extra bed). The hotel room was a little tight for 3 people but we only stayed there to sleep.
Location was fantastic. Everything was within walking distances to great clubs, bars, and food. I highly recommend checking out Bombay Bar and then M1 Ultra Lounge for a great night (get bottle service). The main tourist attractions were 10~15 min walking distance away.
Cons: Nothing really but if i had to nitpick: Room was a little small. The elevator was slow? They charged for late check out ($30 for 2 hours - think). In comparison, we didn't get charged for late check out in Amsterdam, Berlin, and Vienna. Laundry was expensive - pricing based on individual article of clothing.
Pros: what great and in a great location.

Pros: Location was excellent. The concierge was most helpful with concert tickets, directions, and a recommendation for a great restaurant. Very nice breakfast. All staff I dealt with was very helpful.
Pros: The staff were helpful. When I was told by the breakfast lady that breakfast wasn't included in my room & I showed her proof that it was & she wasn't honoring it, the front desk manager corrected the error
Cons: The black out curtains in the room, facing the bright street were broken
Pros: I am picky and spoiled when it comes to hotels. I stayed in an executive room for three nights here and it exceeded my expectations and rivaled some of the most luxurious, expensive hotel rooms I have stay in -- and at a small fraction of the price!! The hotel is a short walk to everything, a train station is less than a block away, and a tram runs right out the front door. When you first enter the hotel, the lobby is deceiving because it is small, worn and, dated. Enter you room and wow! The upgrade to the executive room is well worth it. It was exquisitely appointed, spacious and luxurious with a powder room and separate full bathroom. L'Occtaine toiletries were a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable and the linen was exceptional. The room was quiet. The breakfast spread in the hotel's famous restaurant was excellent. I am glad I booked the room with the breakfast option. It was very well worth it. Bottom line: I doubt I will ever find a better value anywhere in the world any time soon.
Cons: The lobby needs updating.

Pros: Location was FANTASTIC!! Staff was AMAZING!!
Cons: Our King bed was actually two twins pushed together, and room was a bit small. Otherwise, a great place to stay!
Pros: Great location. Nice room. Friendly staff. Good breakfast included.
Archibald At the Charles Bridge offers a great location, putting you within just a 10-minute walk of Lennon Wall and Charles Bridge, plus an airport shuttle is available for CZK 690 per vehicle one way. For a bite to eat, guests can check out Hotel Restaurant, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A bar/lounge and a garden are other highlights, and rooms at this upscale hotel offer minibars and free WiFi.
Pros: Large room and bathroom, huge and delicious breakfast included, good location at junction of old and new city. Wonderful executive sitting room with free wine and drinks and food and friendly staff.
Cons: Smoking was allowed in the public bar/lounge which made it unpleasant to sit there. Also, it would have been nice to have a nightlight in rhe bathroom. ,
Pros: The beds were very comfortable and the room spacious (for Europe). The staff was very helpful and friendly. An included hot Breakfast Bar was very much appreciated. The location was perfect as it was the spot where most tours kicked off.
Cons: Nothing! I would absolutely stay again!

Cons: They have problem with Internet connection. It was exception that this time I really had to connect with the Internet... but I couldnt.
Pros: From the moment I arrived, Oktavi at the front desk established this Hotel as Superior in every way, I honestly felt like I was being received at a 5 star hotel. The room was excellent, enormous windows, luxurious linens, a bathroom that anyone would envy to have in their own home, (a full-size deep-set tub, antique external plumbing fixtures of stainless and brass, Carrera marble everywhere, a bidet and plenty of counter space). Breakfast was the best of 8 hotels I stayed in on this visit, endless variety, perfect service, mountains of choices. I loved this hotel, it was worth twice the price I paid for it.
Cons: Housekeeping was the only weak point, but even so, it wasn't bad enough to complain about. It was only a shadow in an otherwise perfect experience.

It was quiet and relaxing. I didn't use all of the "extras" (there is a spa service offered), but anything I needed was there and easily accessible. Thank you to the Boutique Hotel Seven Days staff!
Cons: The only downside is that the hotel is not directly in the middle of the tourist region. It was a 10 minute walk to Wenceslas Square, a 10 minute walk from the train station, and a 20 minute walk to the Charles Bridge. I didn't use public transportation, but it seemed like an easy option.
Pros: Extremely friendly and personable staff

Cons: No hair conditioner was provided. Couldn't figure out the laptop, but we also didn't ask for help with it so it's our own fault really...
