Both flights that I boarded got delayed but no assurance or informed by staffs on what time it might take to arrived.

The crew were very pleasant... they were efficient and organised, modern, smart and 'on it' when necessary. I didn't eat as flights were short... no entertainment although they do have Rokki wifi to watch stuff on phones and tablets... I didn't bother though. Boarding was slick... time lost due to late departure was largely recovered in flight... Aircraft was clean and comfortable. Will definitely use as my airline of choice when travelling in the area...

They where aware that we we missing our connecting flights and promised to give us accomodation overnight a KL. when we arrived at KL there was again no communication and they then told us there was to be no accomodation, they had flat out lied. I after about an hour lining up to get a replacement ticket for the next flight (which took unnecessarily long considering they knew this was happening hours in advance), we went to the airport hotel which I would have booked if they had not lied to me to find that it was booked out.

The entertainment system the company provides for international flights is very nice. Movies and games keep you entertained.

Flight was Shanghai to Fuzhou, 10 hour layover and Fuzhou to JFK. Our flight from Shanghai to Fuzhou was delayed for 3 hours for "inclement weather" - it was clear in Shanghai. Flight company communicated to progressive, who the flight was booked through, that the flight would be an hour late, so I received a text saying new departure time would be an hour later. This was false. After that hour the only messages we were getting at the airport were "flight is delayed, new departure time will be announced later". We arrived in Fuzhou 3 hours later, at 0300. The bus ride to the hotel provided by the airline is one hour each way, and our connecting flight was 0900, so it was a waste of time to try to get to the hotel. This means we just stayed in the airport all night and boarded our next 15 hour flight with no sleep, no shower and nothing to eat. Customer service for flight would announce turbulence every 3 minutes, even after plane was having turbulence for 10-15 minutes. This freezes entertainment. Etc etc. many other small disorganized things as well.

Since the airline is so small, they don't schedule agents for check-in prior to a couple hours before boarding. That was a bit frustrating when we wanted to be at the gate early.

No attention to our needs. I booked a wheelchair for my mom from manila to bkk. No wheelchair was provided from malaysia to bkk. I even push my mom in manila airport coz they said they dont have enough staff. My mom had a stroke and she walked all the way in kuala lumpur. What a lousy airline you have

Crew served perfectly.

This flight was 13 hours delay. No any info and undated news from airport and Shenzhen airline. I was sitting in the airport for over 13 hours. NO food was supplied. All customers were desperate and annoyed.

I saw a price on Kayak app on my Iphone. I chose the Kayak price, no other 3rd party. Kayak re-directed me to Flight Network. Purchase the tickets, filled out credit card and all. Got a ticket purchase confirmation. Went to bed to wake up early in the morning to get early flight. Get to the airport, I learned from the airline the tickets were never issued. Called flight network and they tell me the tickets have been canceled because they were not able to secure the advertised price. This is misrepresentation and screwed up my whole trip. If a booking is done, the 3rd party should honor what they sale, even if they mess up. Moreover so that I choose the purchase on kayak option. Will never do it again, lesson learned. Will purchase elsewhere.

Was an ok flight experience. Boarding was smooth and the cabin staff were pleasant.

Not one of my 4 flight legs were on time. The flight I was on was advertised as non stop flight but what is not made clear is the flight has to make a stop for passengers to clear immigration and customs - which is ok but they should make it clear. They also have a wierd policy of not allowing use of phones or tablets even on flight safe mode which if you aren't prepared for makes a boring flight.

Show up and the flight was delayed 4 hours. No reason given. My layover in Xiamen was only 2 hours. They kept wanting me to fly the next day. When I complained loud enough they finally yielded and found an alternative to LAX.

The bus ride to the hotel provided by the airline is one hour each way, and our connecting flight was 0900, so it was a waste of time to try to get to the hotel. This means we just stayed in the airport all night and boarded our next 15 hour flight with no sleep, no shower and nothing to eat. Customer service for flight would announce turbulence every 3 minutes, even after plane was having turbulence for 10-15 minutes. This freezes entertainment. Etc etc. many other small disorganized things as well.

Badly managed check-in queue even for online checked passengers doing bag drop - 3 hours before departure at NAIA 3. There was no announcement from airline staff or anyone for that matter at the gate that the plane will be delayed. Plane departed 2 hours late and sitting in the tarmac with poor cooling inside the plane. Badly managed budget airline.

No a ala carte food available due to insufficient staff, no towel for shower and i need to use my own towel and carry the wet towel on the way back to Singapore, no hot water for shower, staff sitting down there to chit chat and a cleaner was preparing my lousy latte. Worst Plaza Premium Lounge experience!

No attention to our needs. I booked a wheelchair for my mom from manila to bkk. No wheelchair was provided from malaysia to bkk. I even push my mom in manila airport coz they said they dont have enough staff. My mom had a stroke and she walked all the way in kuala lumpur. What a lousy airline you have
