The crew were kind and very helpful. Did not expect food service. Was served a warm soft sandwich bread , was delicious. Overall the service, the staff were great. Highly recommend others to try Turkish Airline

We had requested a wheel chair assist for my husband who has Parkinson’s. The first seat we came to we got off the plane was staffed by 3 men-one was on his cell phone, one was sleeping and the fellow we spoke with was rude and seemed as if he didn’t care that we had a plane to catch in one hour. A person with a wheel chair came and took us to the center area for wheelchairs. Here we waited for 20-25 minutes while our flight went to “boarding.” Finally a woman came with a cart and we zipped through the airport.

IAH to Istanbul was outstanding across the board. The flight from Istanbul to Male was good, not great.

I am always amazed with the great service they offer on their regional and international flights

The flight attendants were very attentive and recognized that I had a very short layover for my connecting flight. The head flight attendant went out of his way to find out my connecting gate and ensure that I expedited the aircraft quickly.

Unfortunately internet was down and they couldn’t fix it in a time I needed it so urgent to stay in touch with work

Crew was not proactive and were busy laughing and talking instead of attending the passenger’s needs. Meals were served in a hurried manner.

Food was bad crew a bit nicer than other flights seats uncomfortable too

The staff was very inattentive, asked for wine before luch and after 30 mins the lunch came and i Asked about my drink and they said they gVe it to s else. As thing with tea after few hours, got the exact same reason from another gentlemen. It was a similar experience on my way to istanbul on sept 12th

I was not woken up for my meal and then ignored when I woke up while they were serving the aisle behind me
