Later, before landing the pilot cancelled beverage and snack service because of possible weather conditions but never put the seat belt sign on until we began our decent. Nothing made any sense. It was like a crazy person was in charge. I would not trust Iberia to take me anywhere in the future."

Cons: "It was all downhill once you boarded the plane. No entertainment center, nonexistent food, poor service, outdated noisy plane, terrible hard landing in Seattle. Flight crew spent most of their time in the back of the plane on their personal devices and talking amongst themselves. When they were up and about one of them spent a great deal of time talking VERY LOUDLY to a few passengers even though most of the passengers nearby were trying to rest or sleep. Worst flight ever."
Cons: "Unable to pre-check online. Unable to check at the check in machines--had to go up and check in at the counter, long wait because there was only one clerk. We were then given a ticket just to get through security and had to check in a second time when we get to the gate for seat assignment, which is ridiculous. Why couldn't that be done at the 1st check-in? The clerk told me she will call me when she has the seat assignment/ boarding ticket but she never did and I had to go back up to ask for them when it was getting close to boarding time. At the last moment minutes, volunteers could check in their carry on for free....It would have been nice (and less hassle) to have that option at the 1st check-in."
Cons: "The gentleman beside me had 2 children with him but only purchased 2 seats. He and his children were in my lap and kicking me the entire time. It was a full flight so I couldn't change seats. I paid $330 for a FULL seat to myself, not so I could share the space with the people beside me because United allowed them to purchase 2 seats for 3 people. As a full-paying customer I shouldn't be the one to suffer because of it."

Cons: "Planes have mechanical issues, but they could have done more things at the same time like reboard while the post repair system checks ran and sort out baggage weights so that there weren't delays on top of delays. That was after not noticing issues with the plane until after waiting for late passengers and taxiing out. We arrived 4hrs late for a 3hr flight. They also only had one agent to rebook flights and assign hotels at the end even though they had hours to know the connections would be missed."
