Cons: Regarding the luggage. Myself need to purchase luggage but some of the people not need to buying. The Airasia staff informing that my luggage and laptop more than 11kg and need to purchasing. This is first time, I hear that laptop including also. As per my view, I had saw some of the people more heavy and biggest than me but still can go through. It is because I am foreigner and they are local person.

Cons: Never Kiwi.com again! Thailand to Indonesia both flights on AirAsia but they would not book my bag to final destination. In Kuala Lumpur had to go through customs (LUCKILY! no visa required) get my bag, go security line again, check bag again. Took over 2hrs stressed if I would make my flight.

Cons: Would be nice to have entertainment

Pros: Friendly crew. Toilets kept clean. Nice ambience with the cabin lighting.

Cons: My seat had a broken recliner button. Seat would recline but not stay reclined. If I sat up, seat would come up with me.

Cons: 15 minutes stuck on the bus at disembarkation sucked.

Cons: There wer plenty of empty seats and the other people sitting in my row wanted to move to open seats but weren’t allowed because the seats apparently cost more money than our seats. I think that’s a bit stingy of the airlines because no one is sitting there. Why not allow people to be comfortable?

Pros: Everything but mostly the leg room. Not sure if it's due to the airline type (Dream-liner) or just the seating arrangement but makes for a very comfortable long haul flight. Excellent wide screen entertainment system, not like the majority of aircraft with undersized and poor screen quality.

Cons: International travelers should not use Air Asia because of baggage limitations and application of excess baggage charges. It operates as a commuter airline.

Cons: Somehow I couldn't check in online, or at the kiosk. There was only 2 check-in desk for domestic flights in KLIA2. Long lines and waited 20 minutes. Thankfully the staff at the counter allowed me to check in, despite having only 50 minutes to spare.

Pros: Prompt boarding, leather seats with reasonable leg room, even with seat in front reclined. Efficient, friendly and professional stewards

Cons: Had to ask someone in terminal about getting our connecting flight

Cons: Got told luggage would go straight to bali from origin in Nepal. Waited at baggage check in jarkata just in case. Sure enough, our baggage comes out. Transfer to domestic terminal was almost impossible since we were given no information and our flight number changed completely. All of a sudden it was batik air not malindo, which has a completey different terminal. Will not be travelling with malindo again.

Pros: A nice experience overall. Flight was quiet so plenty of personal space.

Cons: very delayed flight in addition slow flying what should have taken 52 minutes ended 1 hour 20 min to add to that poor cabin crew management of Business Class disembarking excruciating slowly added another delay of 20 minutes!

Pros: Malayasia airlines made me sad since they left my luggage in KL on my trip to Shanghai today. The agent in Shanghai was really bad to handle situation. He doesnt care at all. No one from Malaysia Airlines showed off to explain the situation. Me and my wife dont have any clothes to change. Very bad

Cons: Self-service boarding didn't work fully, causing some delay for my wife even though everything was in order. The flight was delayed and no over-the-air announcement or explanation or apology was given.
