Allow plenty of time to transfer between flights. Lengthy queues for security to move between arrivals and departures. They don't like nail clippers for some reason. And long distances to walk between gates. ... Plenty of food and shopping. ... If you have access, the Cathay Pacific lounges are worth a visit.

Go to the airports early if they have time cause both Hong Kong and Singapore Int’l Airports have wonderful/spacious shopping arcades where you can roam/window-shop/shop around, and enjoy a vast variety of Asian and western cuisines!

CX Flight number but the carrier is LCC Hong Kong Express which means no meal and no drinks at all without paying. Not even water. So keep your credit card handy so you can buy a drink if you get thirsty. Seating is LCC cramped and basic. No IFE. Gate was the furthest possible gate in the satellite terminal at HKIA so allow time to walk there.

I don’t think I’ll be flying them again. Tight seats, no flowing air or air nozzles that you can turn air on you, for those who could have motion sickness this would be your worst nightmare. The pilot was great and experienced (which is what you want when flying 12 hours) overall I’m thankful knowledgeable pilots!

My ticket did not indication which group I was in for boarding; the gate attended help me

Airline itself is great. While food was being taken off of my tray my beer spilled which was a total accident and I wasn’t upset about that, what was frustrating was I had to ask for towels to clean up and wipe my leg. It would have been left as is if I hadn’t.

Very good , the weather was terrible, but i admired the professionality and politeness and care from the crew, and the excellent contition of the plane

Comfort was left wanting due to such a long flight, made the wife and I wish we could upgrade the seats to Business class or First Class, but did not have that option. Food was good but had very limited options and I have a dietary restriction which was difficult for the staff to accommodate since everything provided came with cheese on it. (Cheese could potentially kill me) Did not have an option to inform the staff until we were already in the air about the restriction and was not provided another option before flight departed.

Free Wi-Fi could have been better in the Airport.

Flight was delay almost 2 hours from Hong Kong to Taipei. Last minute gate change from 24 to 66. Long way walk. We need to run in the Taipei airport to catch our next flight from Taipei to Vancouver. That is so suck!

In terms of meal, I rather have it simple , like pork, chicken or beef. Plus rice.
