the room was nicethe view was nice was good that the shopping mall was very close to the hotel. would been a real 4 stars hotel if you have someone take the luggage to the room and bring it down during check out, also there was always bad smell at night in the bathroom, dont know was only in my room or in other rooms too. also people on front desk some of them should put a smile on their face, they r very helpfull but should always be a smile.

The room was very small and rather poorly equiped. No fridge. Poor internet connection.

Friendly staff

Nothing Bathroom was dirty with ingrained dirt around the bath. Also the bath did not have a plug and the washand basin was very badly cracked. Bedroom floor was not swept properly and bedspread was marked. (Sheets and towels were clean)

Quality 4 star for a 2/3 star price for the night we stayed. Per above prices increased 3 fold by the end of the week so we had to move on. Location. While this was fine the directions for non drivers was poor. eg it said it was 4 stops on the Metro from the Centre - it was actually 5.

The food was first class and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good for the beach. The hotel was a long walk from the old town which may not suit all, and the choice of restaurants locally was limited

the overall readiness of the staff to help...restaurant girl was amazing and receptionist could need some help...he is extreamly fast and nice but he is human...sometimes theres too many customers at the same time...room service was excellent... size of my room...no sofa...appart from that all was amazing...

well located, close to town centre and beach and motorway network. Parking available. Good Value and comfortable. Unable to operate air conditioning properly,

Clean spacious rooms, clean linens. Quiet part of town. Close to the beach. Hot tub was broken for the entire five days we were there. Pool was freezing cold, and staff refused to switch on the heater... saying they never heat their pool in October for any reason. They offered no form of compensation. Be warned - if something is wrong with your stay, the staff here is NOT empowered to anything about it.

The room was clean, tidy, comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. There were only few minor things which shouldn't discourage you to come and stay in this hotel. The first thing was this silly coffee machine at breakfast which didn't make nice coffee at all. If you like good tea bring your own bags :) The second was English speaking tv channels. If you don't want to watch euro news you will end up with ITV4 which, to be honest, if you are not used to it, will probably drive you mad. The last one was no kettle in the room. If you are tea addict you will probably suffer a bit :)

Hotel design. Bathroom is rundown, Without shower gels, an insufficient number and poor quality towels.

Staff fluent in a wide variety of lanuages, all spoke perfect English. The Gym facilites were pretty good. The room was quite small for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was expensive, but it was a buffet. The pool was very small.

Good location, near the sea and the city. Not good for a 4 stars hotel. Rooms are small, and the desk staff is not very helpful.

Location is perfect for us with a 2 yr old. No wifi in the room. Wifi only available in the lobby area. No A/C in the hotel during mt state due to approaching winter. Room facing east are very noisy and hot during the day.

A couple of subway stations from the center of the city. Well localized. Not much going on around the hotel, since it's a quiet neighbourhood, but you can easily access several points of interest, even by walking. Nice and clean rooms and bathrooms. Very expensive breakfast, which I believe to be the case in most hotels in Barcelona, I don't know why. It's much cheaper to have breakfast in a café. Room was kind of chilly and the heater didn't seem to do much.

The hotel was close to public transportation with a shopping mall across the street that had a lot of restaurants. At night, the room was very hot and stuffy. The hotel staff had already turned on the heat for winter, and the temperature outside didn't justify the heater. Room was very stuffy and hot. The staff offered a fan but then couldn't find one and would not consider doing anything else to alleviate the problem.

Loved rooftop pool with its great views over the city and the sea. A little too far from the city centre.

View from the 13th floor (swimming pool area) was breathtaking. To bad the bar was closed. Bar at the pool was closed and the pool area was dark (no lights were switched on).

Close to the beach. very good size for the rooms, clean, good standard. the personel at reception should talk a bit more english, nevertheless, they are very friendly and helpful.

Lobby is well designed. Breakfast had limited offer for the price. Rooms are a bit dark.

Ease of access by Metro to most locations, room quite spacious, breakfast various and plentifull. In walking range to sea front, beach. Use of lift based on the same card to access your room, Internet in room not available, TV channels=waste of time. Front desk personnel can do with a bit more effort towards guest friendly attitude. At the moment, and probably for a few more months there's a construction site on the streets in vicinity, although not very noisy but confusing for taxi drivers not familiar with this neighbourhood.

The hotel was modern and new, with very spacious and clean rooms including bathrooms. The location was excellent, 5 minutes from beach and right beside La Rambla del PobleNou where there were many restaurants and cafes, and 10 minutes from llacuna metro station. Staff were pleasant. Also we had two rooms located opposite each other at the end of the corridor, for ourselves and two children, these were very cleverly made to be connecting rooms by being able to partition off the end of the corridor - this was a very functional and useful feature particularly when one has children. Breakfast was not included in price and was expensive, but the many cafes on La Rambla PobleNou provided a good and cheaper alternative. Small but annoying point regarding the wheels on the beds, if one was reading in a sitting position with back against the wall the bed would slowly move away from the wall.
