Rooms spotless and breakfast very good. Use of swimming pool was an extra cost not highlighted. Staff were not familiar with tourist information Leaving at 4am no staff available at reception to hand over key and if there were problems with taxi porter qualified to resolve them.

The staff were always willing to help.

The hotel was in a perfect location for our city break; away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre but still within walking distance of it.

Everything is O.K. when the things are going smoothly. I wanted to use internet but it was payable service. Or given price it could be freeof charge or included in the price of hotel. From information which I was given from internet it seems to me that it is free of charge.

I travelled alone, as such the room was spacious enough for me. The staff was professional, friendly and spoke english. The location of the hotel is not very close to a Metro stop; however, there are several bus stops available and are in front of the hotel within the same block or two.

The bed was very comfortable and the water was hot. It was not clear whether the soap and shampoo were complimentary or not. There was a price list in the room for them at 14 euros a set. The wifi internet access was very expensive at 10 euros an hour.

The lodge should be cleaner with more staff to welcome the customer

the room is clean the hotel is very noisy.the walls are so thin and in poor quality that we could even hear the next door guest snoring.not recommand at all for people who sleep light or have little babies.

Room was very clean. Close to Estacio Franco and the metro station. The maids started up at around 9am and seemed to not care about opening and closing (even slamming) the same door several times. Also, you could hear what was happening in the room next door.

nice modern hotel, comfortable quiet rooms with international TV channels, approx. 10min walk to Sans train station and 5min to Metro beautiful hotel but it was still possible to hear the neighbours and people walking on the floor outside, in our price was no breakfast included

THe staff were vey friendly and helpful,and clearly went out of their way to help for buisness travellers internet access was good The hotel was far to expensive for the service if suppied . this is not a 4 star hotel so E250 per night is excessive Not suitable for young children

The staff was helpful with directions on how to get to the attractions. The location was somewhat far from the attractions, the room was very hot as they had turned off the air conditoning.

Comfortable rooms, friendly, helpful staff. Handy safe. Room a little dusty. No iron available (problem if you're going to a wedding). There is an ironing service but not at weekends.

The swimming pool, availability of fresh towels, the smell of the body wash gel. Bed size since they were two put together. Free Wi-fi. Two Tv's. One mini hi-fi. Quiet area with very good restaurants. The noise between rooms due to very very thin walls. The mini-fridge wasn't working and when we asked about it the hotel staff told us they couldn't replace it. They presented us with another inferior rooms no charge or a superior one which we approved but asked to pay an extra 20€ per night. The air conditioning water was dripping through a lamp. Our room was not a 4*. Other, more expensive were.

They were cleaning the room every day and the staff was quite polite! I did not like the room because the bed was very small for a couple(1,40cm) and the room was very warm and it was in -1!! It was doublex like the one we've booked but from the first moment they put us in a double room (not dublex) very dark and when I told them that I have booked a duplex they gave us the one in -1! I choosed of course this one because this is what I've booked!But we did not sleep

Staff were quick to move our room when we complained about the smell of smoke smell of smoke around the hotel and location

Comfortable, nice choice of foods served at all times with correct prices, gentle personnel, reasonable price, vast duplex with 2 tv and phones, very suitable for family with children. Micro-sized swimming pool, hotel located far from center and metro, price of the parking, wifi at heavy cost (whereas it is free in several hotels in Barcelona), no sunlight in the duplex bedroom located 1st floor, yard side, room picture not matching.

The Hotel is situated in the business centre and close to the metro station, a good location if you dont want to be in the dense tourist area of Barcelona. The room had a strong fungi smell and we had to change it. The staff unfortunately tried to cash an extra fee from us, which we fortunately managed to sort out. This was definitely No Money for Value Hotel offer.

good location, staff attitude service and support rooms are not at the typical hilton standar (quality, maintenance, size). Does not mean they are not good, but are below expectations if you stayed at other Hilton Hotels.

location and the barman Philippe old, not properly clean and low class forniture. this is not a 5 stars hotel, a shame for the brand hilton

The breakfast was excellent! I liked the big variety of the buffet, even American pancake and Belgian waffle. It was a good value for money.

I attended some meetings and went shopping Room was unclean and staff unhelpful and not friendly
