Barcelona hotels near Casa Milà

nothing in particular...thought reception and particularly breakfast dining areas were below par for a 5 star g.l hotel.....expected breakfast eggs etc to be cooked fresh not left on buffet...no a la carte offered see above............refused to give free internet in room despite info on booking conditions

The hotel was under renovation, lots of noise and disturbence during the day.

The location was great but the room was very small, very dirty, with a small windoow just facing another building.....The staff very rude... Didn't care about the guest, and the breakfast was for a 2 star hotel, not 5 star hotel

The rooms were very nice and the location was great. Check-in did not go smoothly at all. Our rooms were not ready for several hours and we did not get into our rooms until speaking with the manager.

The bed was like a rock, and pillows very poor for sleeping

This hotel is far from to be 5 star. The bed in the double room is very narrow and is about 1.40 m ! Thus, two adults sleeping on it risk to fall down at night. The other furniture of the room, which needs to be repaired would be more suitable for a 3 star hotel room. The personnel at the desk with poor english could explain to us how to connect to the hotel WiFi and offered us free bussiness room: two old time snail speed desktops with a queque beside the door. There is also a problem to take a cup of coffee till noon - the only suggestion is to take breakfast twice.

Central location in a very important street with an easy access to everything especially the tube station. Free internet. Nice chocolate every night. Although we were given an internal view of the back side of the hotel, Our first night was horrible. The hotel's corridoor was very noisy. You can hear everything going on outside. The toilet is separated from the shower room however, the toilet's door cant be closed completely. Very old TV with only few channels. No coffee/tea in the room. Looks more like 4 star hotel.

The hotel is well located with good transport links. It was clean and the rooms are of good size for a city hotel. The rooms are well soundproofed and there was no noise from the street when the windows were closed. Air con worked fine. I would rate it a 3 star not a 4. Not really. Got a good rate and was happy with the hotel for the money I paid.

close to my appointment the staff was kind enough to give a another room because misfunctioning in room 409

clean modern room. jacuzzi on top floor bar very small. breakfast was expensive

Lovely room at the back of the hotel, very quiet considering the location on Balmes. No outside terrace at ground level.

The hotel was in a great location central easy to get around,comfortable and great having a coffee maker. I did not like the price of the telephone extremely expensive and in future will always ask the price before using a hotel room telephone, 4 65 euros per min approx for calls to UK.
