Pros: The service was excellent, the location couldn't have been better and we thought the facility was very nice. We enjoyed the pool, the massages and the view from our balcony
Cons: The cost of buying drinks at the pool was higher then it needed to be. As great as the place was, I felt like we paid a lot to stay there

Pros: The dim sum high tea was delicious! Happy hour is a great deal and the cocktails are wonderful. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are decorated very well and are spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect as well!
Cons: Minibar is free, but they only provide one of each beverage option. Freshly laundered robes daily would have also been a nice touch. The room was clean, however there was a bit of dust in the corners.

Pros: The room was beautiful, the decor throughout the hotel was lovely the breakfast was amazing, the location although not in the center was absolutely convenient via the boat shuttle and the staff was so accommodating and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about the Siam, the reviews were on point I would absolutely return.

Pros: The only difficult thing about reviewing this amazing hotel is that readers might not believe all of the superlatives. It's the kind of place that you can't wait to tell your friends about, but you are also a little reluctant to share the secret because you want to keep it to yourself. The Siam is luxurious without being ostentatious, the design and decor are a delight, and the impeccable service is practically beyond description. All of our stays here have been flawless, and this was certainly no exception. We've vowed as a couple to return here at least once per year as our schedule permits, because the place and the experiences we have there are that special and precious to us.

Pros: The proximity to the nightlife. Back away from a main street. Housekeeping was quick and effective when asked to do a quick tidy up

Pros: The roof-top pool was nice, decent breakfast buffet.
Cons: The staff was very unfriendly and rude, not helpful at all. Part of the hotel does not have elevator service. The first room they tried to stick me in was a 3rd floor noisy walk-up. The room looked old and unkept. I tried to get another room but the receptionist claimed all rooms were booked, (she was not professional at all). I decided I wanted my money back, but she said I had to pay for one full night if I canceled. I asked to speak to the manager who wasn't there. She called the manager and I told her I wasn't happy with the current situation. They finally found a small pint size room on the 5th floor with an elevator, but I still found the room to be old and tired looking (AC didn't work properly). I stayed the night and put up with lots of noise due to the bad acoustics in the hallway, and bathrooms that vent into the hallway which cause more noise, stink, and humidity. (I didn't get any type of compensation for moving into a smaller 1/4 of the size room) The next morning (2nd night) they moved me into a large room on the other side of the building, which I found clean. AC, TV worked fine. Unfortunately again the hallways were very noisy, other guests were loud. I would skip this place if your looking for a good nights sleep. Your definitely not going to get it unless you drink a case of beer. Cheers!

Cons: The hotel is locate at the heart of the backpacking district in Bangkok, and although this is very convenient for those who are looking to party and then head to their room, you must know that the noise is this hotel is almost unbearable. Take higher up floors and with rooms facing the back of the hotel, otherwise you’ll feel that your bed is in the middle of a club.
