Not bad location, very nice hotel Staff can be quite abrupt but efficient.
High building, location in middle of shopping area Elevator wait ones were extremely long, had to pay for wifi, stuffy odor in hallways, old building in desperate need of renovation.
location great for shopping and close to garment district. crowded and dirty surrounding
The location is very good once the hotel is 150 meters far the airport Train Station Rajprarop. Very convinient. The checking in was confused and we had to complain with the manager to receive our keys. The manager told us that checking in on saturdays in the high season is very busy and things like that hapens.
Tallest hotel in bangkok for me to enjoy the view of the whole city. Cool. I feel that there should be more improvement in transportation from the hotel. I had to paid a few times more just to get to another place. This is very bad experience for me.
the really great vieuw and restaurants are fabulous. The welcome letter mentioned: fruit, flowers who where not available, also we are promised in the letter a table at the window, this was not possible due to a lot of customers. So the extra's for booking a room in the space zone are not all deliverd.
I liked the observation deck. In my room N 2714 were cockroaches. We arrived into hotel about 8 o'clock in the morning we had an early flight and needed to wait till 2 pm because our room was not ready. Small pool and dirty windows everywhere.
- The highest building in Thailand and one of the highest in southeast Asia. - Well located. - Awesome views. - May be worth to stay a night booking a middle or high profile room to get to see the building, but not recommendable for long stays. - The experience you get varies depending on the money you spend, that is, the room class or profile you book. - To get a satisfactory experience, that is a clean, without bad smell and confortable room, you need to pay a mid to high range or profile room. For the minimum prize, which isn't low, you get a room with bad smell and maybe not clean enough. - The overall quality/prize ratio is not good.
Close to shopping; just a few feet from hotel. Offered a lot of amenities (did not do buffet offered since the price for one was what we spent eating at the market for three people). The gym was nice and the staff was friendly, English speaking. Nice view The hotel was not super clean, stains were on the floor and we found a cockroach in my dad's room.
Good location and good service, excelent for shoping at markets and the shoping centres in Bangkok. Most in walking distance. The building it self is a tourist attraction i Bangkok. A lot of tourists heading for the top floor jaming all elevators and making long queue just to get into the hotel you actual are paying to live at. Even taxi-service at the hotel is pushing you to use tuk-tuks and taxis with only one agenda. Get you somewere you don't want to be for little money. ie Tailor shops, markets etc.
The view of Bangkok City. yes, lot of lift changes required if we need to go to resturant or basement
Spacious rooms. View. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Restaurants.
We had an excellent time. The hotel facilities and all staff are great.
The service was fantastic. The staff were very helpful at any time of day. It was very obvious they wanted you to have a wonderful, hassel free time. The staff made our stay. Very lovely people. We don't usually stay in 5 star hotels, so I guess the internal expense. For example the wine bar. It forced us to go out to local night spots instead of staying at the hotel for the evening.
warm service! friendly staff impressed me much. excellent facilities, and the rate is not high. hotel location is not very good, there is not shopping center around without king power duty free mall.
Excellent services and kindness of hotel staff.
swimming pool rate of room so high other 5 stars hotel so cheep
very nice hotel. real 5* quality. excellent breakfast and meals. reasonable prices
The room was comfortable and clean, the staff were friendly, the needs of the customers were taken into account very well, the complimentary tuk-tuk service to the nearest BTS station was practical and fun. Even at its lowest audible setting, the volume of the television was too loud for watching in the evening.
everything in hotel is perfect. location is not for walk to shopping, you need taxi. 5 star rating correct. no public taxi waiting by hotel, last about 5 - 10 minutes sometimes. perfect tailor grand fashion on 5 minutes walk from hotel.
Pullman Bangkok is a nice place to stay and close to BTS - even closer if you are lazy and get the hotel tuk tuk! Food is great - had the best hamburger ever at the Wine Bar.
Bath room unclean !!
every thing .. i like this hotel because it is in the middle of the shoping centre I stay one year befor in this hotel.. with cheaber price!
beds were awesome....shower pressure awesome. Front desk staff
The room is good and spacious especially the washroom is the best for me that i can soak in the bathtub for long hours... No
Excellent hotel. The staff was extremely courteous. The breakfast buffet was good. The location was outstanding and the room incomparable. This was a perfect hotel.
The location is excellent
there is no free water for cofee!! and there is no Arabic Chanel
The great service amazing bfast awesome upgrade
it was in the city and in walking distance from shops and centers it was neat modern and well mantained
I enjoyed everything. The tour desk was particularly helpful There was a mistake in my final bill but was rectified when I pointed it out.
Clean and reasonably comfortable. Nice pool space. Mediocre service, mediocre location. Fine hotel, but was disappointed based on expectations of give star hotel. Service and amenities are not five stars. Star inflation is a general problem in Thailand, however. For Americans, subtract 1 to 1.5 stars.
The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious are and comfortable. And the beds are very comfy! We had 2 rooms in the North tower, and we found the walk to be insignificant. Location is great, right next to lots of shopping and restaurants. The staff at the hotel is quite rude and over all the hotel is just inefficient. There are angry people everywhere, because rooms promised are not ready. The staff though apologetic, does nothing to help.
GOOD LOCATION. CLEAN AND FRIENDLY

It was new-ish Service was not very good...cleaning wasn't either. Getting a taxi and communicating with the staff was very challenging...it wasn't the worst hotel by any means...but definitely wouldn't recommend.

Great location, food, views, fitness & pool areas and staff. Many options for activities throughout the hotel. Our Room had some minor water damage stains and hallways/elevator areas had slight mildew odors
Overall a nice hotel. Breakfast buffet was good. Bed was not soft. Shower took an unusual amount of time to warm up. Staff was not overly friendly or helpful and seemed confused and put out at our early arrival

Good location. Very loud AC that is permanently set on very cold and very loud setting. Gaudy decor, the hotel is geared toward the Asians.
Prive/quality is ok. Location is good in busy Pratunam. For 5* it's a bit shabby. But Price quality is ok.
I love this hotel as it s quit so close to shopping center and the room was so big. Luxury hotel with affordable value. I didn't like the process between the hotel & agent. When I walked in the hotel with reservation document they know nothing about my booking as they said that they didn't received any informations about my booking after checked with system. It may caused by I booked the hotel before checked in at the same date (received booking no. on Dec 17, 2010 and checked in around 4 A.M. (+1 Day)) but shouldn't be happen and it should be update directly to the hotel. I had been waiting for them to check this for half-an hour and this made me mad and not satisfied to this process. Please take my case to improve your customer service. Thank you
The rooms were clean, modern and spacious. The view from our room was amazing at night. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower pressure was great and there is a huge tub. The hotel had a nice outside pool and the common areas are modern and well kept. The hotel is within a 5 minute walk to the Ratchthewi Skytrain stop and just a couple stops from some very popular malls such as Siam Paragon and MBK. The hotel does offer breakfast but it is quite costly compared to other restuarants in the area. There is a mini fridge in the room but it is filled with items that the hotel charges for - it didn't leave us any room to put in bottles of water.
The pool is amazing & so is the size & quality of the room. Very new & clean. The showers were amazing - but a bit hard to work. But that is the only criticism. Great hotel!
Best Hotel I have ever stayed in!
We were very pleased that we received an upgrade to a suite on arrival. Staff are friendly & helpfull.
We had a great time in the Vie hotel. The room was perfect and the beds are really wonderful. The reception was helpful with all your needs.
Rooms are well equiped and spacious We booked a room with single beds, but did not get it. Despite my request to change the room, they told me this was not possible as they had no single beds. Well I would say if you do not have do not sell it. We certainly would not have booked, should we have known this.
Good location, good shopping within walking distance, staff friendly and attentive, got upgraded to suite, room was clean and comfortable, good choice buffet breakfast and free wifi access in lobby. Decor is a bit dark but definitely not an issue.
Excellent! Staff is very kindly and helpful. nothing at all.
Gallery like atmosphere. Well equipped Gym with a sauna and a powder room. Taxis from the hotel. The first driver stopped the meter soon after we got on, saying "this is holiday fee.", so we got off.And the second one claimed we needed to pay extra fee for him to return after we reached the airport though we told the door man about the firtst one and asked him to make sure to call a good driver that time. The woman clerk at the reception called a very honest friver on the first day so we think not every staff is unreliable. The swimming pool and Gym was said to be open until 1PM but we were made to leave before 10:30.The staffs clearly looked irritated to wait for us to get prepared.
I liked the hotel's design, which conveys elegance and serenity everywhere. The location, short walking distance from the shopping malls, adds to the comfort of anyone that desires to hop for shopping and retreat to the hotel for relaxing atmoshphere. Above all, the staff friendliness and hospitable attitude that turn the stay into a home away from home.
The pool; cleaness; excellent breakfast; beautiful room; internet in the room
Good location, beatiful breafast room.
Conveniently located for the BTS which made getting to all areas of Bangkok easy. Located in a great area, with lots of local food stalls to eat at. Host a great buffet dinner, excellent quality and have a great coffee shop with home baked croissants. Internet connection was disgustingly expensive. But there is a great cafe around the corner where you can get it for free if you buy a coffee! Quality of the food in the overpriced Italian was disappointing.
My ideal hotel. Top quality for a very good price.
Shower rose needed attention
Very friendly personnel, the service was very good. There hotel driver was a bit too pushy in trying to get money out of you Rooms could have been cleaner
close to perfect hotel taxi prices 10 times higher than general taxi prices.they apologise because of this
Clean, nice service, easy to get around the city
Friendly staff, Nice ambience, Good location. View from my hotel room (Superior room 17th floor)
Central I booked three rooms under different names for myself and two other couples. The hotel charged me on my credit card for all three rooms as I did the booking rather than charging us when we got there.
I like the whole envirnment of hotel, security ,foods & attitude of all staff who have been so much cooperative all the time..I would recommend this hotel to the tourist who wish to stay in a family oriented enviroment close to the centre of city..
This was my 6th time staying and I will always come again. I cannot imagine staying elsewhere in Bangkok.
The breakfast was always of great variety and very good. The maintainence problems were tended to very efficiently and quickly. The room was spacious and well lighted and all the amenities were provided. Its very central and well connected.Would stay there again.
I liked the quiet, homely atmopshere at this hotel which is tucked away from the congested main street. The staff are nice except for one or two who are still not customer oriented. Internet was superb. I love the hotel and thats why I have been coming back to it frequently. The hotel should provide basic items like room slippers, tissue paper and improve the quality of the mosturising lotion in the bathroom. It has a very strong smell unlike other lotions. These are standard basic items in every hotel based on the price the hotel is charging for its rooms.
Centre point is well located in the heart of Bangkok with easy access to the main shopping area. Our daughter aged 10 was staying for free because she shared our bed. Extra beds weren´t available but there was a bed sofa in the room (studio) that we could easily have used and happily would have payed extra for. She got charged for breakfast because she is over 120 cm which seems a very strange system to me as children that age vary a lot in height. I didn´t feel that centre point was that interested in familys with children. Also the pool area was very small.
The room is comfortable, cleaning, loopy and the veiws around the yard I think its better to think about mouslem beople when they bprepare the breakfast.
Convenience Some reception staff are not very friendly. The lighting in the room is very old fashoned and inadequate and which does not allow me to read (I have to sit at a particular spot to have neon light to do so). The system of using the card for everything, particularly for breakfast is crazy as it takes a long time to register and staff dont seem to know how to handle it more efficiently
The rooms are well kept and look new even though they are not new. The internet service is fast. Room access via the lifts was fast as well. My room overlooked the pool and was noisy with children for some time. I would have booked the room again, but the room rate was higher this week.
The Breakfast, large rooms and friendly staff. The inability to book late departures.
spacious rooms super buffet breakfast close to busy shops very clean also the reservation manager was most helpful the antrium & lifts are not air conditioned
Clean room, friendly staff The slow lifts
Nice and clean ..... Very big room and close to all of shopping centre....Easy to travel by bts sky TRAIN.....will go back there for my next holiday...
Top location, close to airport rail link and sky train, next to big shopping mall. Spacious rooms with excellent panorama of the city. Use of pool, fitness, sauna, safe included. Entrance from side alley a little tricky to find. Better signs and illumination on the main street required.
The staff at Evergreen was really helpful. I reached Bangkok early in the morning and even though it was only 10.30am, the staff allowed me an early check in after checking that there is available room for check in. The shampoo and bodywash was really excellent much better than 5 star hotel and you can buy it also at Evergreen lobby counter. I got some special request after i checked out and the staff also kindly helped me with it.
Just keep up the good work.....staff are friendly and service is excellent......KUDOS
The gym, the housekeeping Staff was Inattentive and made me feel like I was bothering them when I had a request. Room was dirty, someone had definitely smoked in the bathroom and the smell remained since there was no air filtration.
Beds were okay Internet only works in the lobby. Staff was rude and useless. They changed the price of the room while I was there.
They were all very helpful, always tried to go extra step to help guests.
No face tissue and slippers provided.the fridge in the room very noisy.
The location of this hotel is excelent . a short walk to MBK and Siam Mall.
Hotel is in a good location Double charging for room albeit refund in 'about 7 days'. lack of rooms that do not smell of stake tobacco
We loved this hotel from the moment we walked in. It is comfortable, clean, and modern. I would recommend it to anyone staying in Bangkok. The location is fantastic for shopping. The staff is attentive , friendly, and helpful. Room was clean, satellite service was good, and the restaurant was good for both breakfast and dinner. They had free luggage storage for us so that we could enjoy our last day in Bangkok after we checked out. Careful with the tuk tuk drivers outside hotel. They run the tuk tuk "2 stops" scam.
Friendly staff and good facilities, the junior suite would be ideal if on a business trip and need to meet colleagues or business partners as meeting facilities can be used.
Staff very efficient and helpful. Helped arrange a last minute tour that was inexpensive yet interesting and fun. Room was very clean and well appointed. The location was somewhat inconvienient, however cabs are plentiful and inexpensive compared to the States.
Unfortunately we were given twin beds rather than a double bed on our second weekend there. It was so late and we were tired so we did not bother lookiing to change.
We have traveled to Bangkok 3 times since 2006. Each time we have stayed at Century Park. We enjoy the facilities and the very good buffet breakfast. We like the location because we are familiar with the area and have some favorite restaurants in the area and it is convenient to the subway. The staff is always polite and helpful. I rated the cleanliness of the room as "fair" only because of an experience during this trip. We actually had two separate reservations. We stayed for the nights of Oct 22 thru 24, then returned to Century Park for the nights of Oct 29 thru 31. On our first visit, our room was on the 18th floor, it was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. When we returned on the 29th, we were put on the 16th floor. As soon as we stepped off of the elevator, we could smell cigarette smoke in the hall. When we got to our room, it smelled of cigarette smoke and there even was an ashtray and a pack of Century Park matches on the table. The belhop called the desk and said we were unhappy with the room. The front desk person finally moved us to the 18th floor.
I stay there already eacht time I come to bangkok , for more then 7 years , still the best although it is not in the center of bkk and 700 m walk to the Bts station. Now there is noise each day from 8 am till 7 pm due to a high construction just beside and the swimmimgpool is almost the whole day in the shade - construction will be fisnished start of 2011 . be aware of that
close to markets rooms looking a bit tired needs re paint
Nice friendly staff, excellent breakfast, have visited the hotel many times and will continue to stay on our yearly trip to Bangkok
Restaurant was well planned and we appreciated comfortable smoking areas early morning phone call (not booked) at 6.10 AM
location, kitchenet dirty curtains and carpet
Staff was courteous. Room was clean, and spacious. Room/facilities are outdated. Hotel was being renovated, so there was a lot of construction noise at all hours. Only 4 elevators, so the getting to your room can be very slow.
The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was various and delicious. The hotel is placed near a shopping area. I seem the hotel staff isn't friendly.
Value for money Everything is ok/good, but not great... [Breakfast/Room/roomservice] You don't pay much, so don't expect much.
The Hotel Staff was friendly There were lot of bugs and mosquitos in the hotel.
the hotel ws in very trafic jam area i lose my aircrafte for that the hotel is old the hotel very besy in weakend smetime and the hotel staff not show my thaer help when im lost my airecrafte and thay tray to take extra monye but i fix it by booking.com call center the hotel is very normal not like picture befoore i booking it it old and praice showld be less than preice because is old not mutch
Great Location, just walking distance from Platinum Mall and the "market" which is a great area for shopping.
The location was excellent and so was the breakfast. The massage centre also requires mention-worth the price one pays after the discount one gets during certain timings. Considering my credit card was cleared and approved by Booking.Com,I was surprised to be told at check in that there was a problem and that I had to pay the cost of my entire stay.Perhaps there was a communication hassle as speaking English seems to pose a problem with the locals.
near everything renewing the hotel
picture of hotel and facilities was beautiful on internet but hotel it self not really. the airco was,nt good i get seek the secound day
A clean, quiet and comfortable hotel that is located literally a couple minutes walk from ALL of the following: Airport Train (Makkasan Station), Metro (Petchaburi Station) and the canal Khlong Saen Saep (Asoke Pier). These provide easy access to all parts of Bangkok. Not much to see and do in the immediate area of the hotel. The street that the hotel is located on is a bit obscure.
Good location to food areas and central to skytrain No hot water running for 5 days and cold water had low pressure, so was not able to shower. Was told this a hotel problem and not a room problem. Had to rinse with wet towel and basin. Room was not made a few times because cleaners left to go home for unknown reasons. No apology given. This is a new hotel but better value around especially since they have water and house cleaning issues.
free internet , close to all transportation poor cable TV
Good location next to the Sky Train, Breakfast was amazing, The room itself (not the bathroom) was actually very nice Honestly the bathroom was the only let down. It wasn't clean when I arrived. Hair all over, dirty bathtub, splattered mirror, and the shower head holder was broken.
they had one free drink (8 pm to 4 am)but the time was not convenient, and the staff were not so polite.
A quiet location with easy access to the BTS and the supermarts. Will definitely stay at Royal View Resort when visit Bangkok the next time. No
Very helpful staff. Good views of the small park from deluxe room. Located within walking distance from skytrain. The way the hotel is on is very dirty with miscellaneous waste. Not safe after pm. 18.30
transport links good , plenty of places to go to eat, cinema and shopping complex only a few moments away, staff polite and friendly
The buffet breakfast was limited in variety but tasty. Plenty of sidewalk food vendors nearby if you are not particular about the hygiene factor. There is a park just opposite the hotel. Delayed check in for several hours due to inefficiency of housekeeping department or management. Most staff at front desk ignorant and not interested in providing service to guests. Hotel is crammed in between two blocks of residential units. Security seems non-existent during late nights.
Airconditioning worked well, the room also had a refrigerator which allowed us to bring in our own beverages. The room came with a dvd player and electric kettle. It is a 5-min walk from the bts station Victory Monument which is 3 to 4 stations away from Siam Paragon and mbk. Crappy cable tv, they only had 1 English channel - cnn, and no English movie channel. The bath tub did not have a shower curtain so when you take a shower the whole bathroom gets wet. The location was not very good if you're there for shopping because it takes 15-20 min to walk to Pratunam. Only 2 shopping places nearby: King Power (very expensive) and Century Cinema. Our booking said that check-out was from 12:00 - 16:00 but they would not let us. We had to beg for a late check-out at 14:00. Booking also said room came with free wireless internet but it did not. Free wireless internet was only available in the lobby, it would cost thb 100 in the room.
Problems with Bath Room. Various things not working and cloth hanger broken
no milk with the tea and coffee in the room. Powered only
Top Restaurant on top, nice and various breakfast, swimming pool incl cocktail bar, friendly staff, clean and well decorated rooms, perfect. Although taxis and TukTuks were continiously available, public transport to avoid trafic by subway is not within reach, travelling with our 4 year old daugher. Swimming pool was closed for one day, due to a wedding party, which was an unexpected inconvenience on a hot day.
The Receptionist don't know thier job. When we check in with reservation thru the internet they don't even know that it's existance. And a smile to them is like so expensive, the entire stay was only with slulking faces greeting from receptionist. We used to stay in this Hotel before the renovation on a monthly basis, but now we will be changing to other hotels.
The shopping was fantastic and the spa and pool were really good. The staff were very helpful and arranged taxi's and made sure we did not get ripped off.
Things we liked: the free in room internet, the excellent breakfast and the friendly and helpfull staff. If you stay in Bangkok for just a few nights, this hotel is a good option. Value for money.
