Cons: The staff is great the hotel is great everything is great wonderful hotel highly recommend it

Cons: little overpriced compare other hotels which are far superior then Swissotel

Cons: Rooms are loud. Bathrooms are dirty. Staff is rude

Cons: located on dodgy side street. Was overcharged for say and charged twice for airport pickup. Still waiting a week later to get refunded from the hotel before involving my credit card company

Cons: The bathroom smelled like sewage. Not so easy to find. The taxi driver and I thought it was the building next door.

Cons: Location - taxis cannot find this place and nothing is nearby. Rooms - small and cramped, especially the bathroom. Front desk staff - I talked to four different people, none of whom could tell me whether or not the room I booked on the Metropole website was actually prepaid or just booked. They kept changing their minds as to whether the room was paid or not. Computer system - couldn't find my reservation, so check-in took almost an hour. Bathtub - had a gutter around it that collected water and channeled it straight to the floor, so the bathroom constantly flooded. I had to pay a maid 40 baht to put extra towels around the bathtub to soak up the water. Shower curtain was mouldy along the bottom.

Cons: Our room faced an outdoor bar, and we could hear muffled bar noise, but not enough to keep us awake or bother us, and I'm a very light sleeper.

Cons: The pool was a bit meh and the fitness room was under equipped. I also, for some reason, decided to book the package with the 'club benefits'. I ended up not using them and found the staff concerned with the 'exclusive' services a bit up themselves. I'd definitely return here but wouldn't bother with the club stuff.
