The staff were very unhelpful. They ignored us, would answer the phone in the middle of a sentence, and did not act like they wanted to be there or help us out at all. There was no extra effort put in to ensure our stay was comfortable. The rooms were ok, but not very sound proof, we could hear the conversations from next door quite clearly!
Great location, view from the window was amazing!
Bed was rock hard, walls were really thin and wasnt particularly clean.
Very comfy bed and the room looks luxurius with authentic chinese art (hotel is next to Chinatown). Welcome drink is quite nice
internet was terrible (very bad connection and you need to give credentials every 5 minutes you loose the signal). No swimming pool although advertised on google, it's actually a pond. Bunch of dead small bugs at the window pane. Towels were at the end of their life. Almost all towels had the thread ripping off. Room was connected to the neighbours which resulted in quite some noise (jack & jill rooms). Between parking and hotel room you need to take 3 different elevators. Elevator for parking is very difficult to find.
Nice view - very near from MRT
The comfort of the bed The size of the shower Very clean Amazing spa facilities Breakfast
The tour information desk was a little misleading on the prices.
