The room service was affordable and delicious. The staff were friendly and always ready and willing to help. The pool and outdoor spaces were clean and looked great.

Cons: The climate control in one of our rooms was a little iffy, but fine in the other. The location is convenient if you wanna go by taxi all the time, but if you’re inclined to walk or take the subway it’s hundreds of meters to anything at all. It’s doable, just kind of a dull walk in the heat. There’s nothing right next to the hotel except an office building and another hotel.

Pros: Very good hotel, clean and tidy with some personality as well, quite rare in south east Asia. Rooms are very comfortable and the staff friendly. Located downtown, it was just 100 meters from my meeting place. International food available on room service. Excellent Internet. Possibility to project your computer screen on TV, if you've got the hdmi cable. And all of it decently priced, so definitely a good pick.
Cons: The access was a bit difficult at peak traffic, but that's mostly Bangkok.

The two full beds are just too jammed for 3 people, we were expected to use the couch as a third bed but it’s too small. As we indicated in booking that we need the room for three persons, we added breakfast buffets, but were told at the check in that breakfast are only for two persons, to add another breakfast will cost almost $30( 999 bath). That was a little disappointed!!

Cons: Its a very busy area so just make sure you allow a good 1 hour travel to and from the airport and 2 hours if travelling at peak times via car.

If i were to come to you and take &484 from you i would be in jail, right? But i have to fight with the property for the same amount of money without any consequences for them even though i had received at official letter from the Dream Hotel that they would deposit 984$ back into my account. That was a nice surprise. Housekeepers were nice and courteous. If you didn't request your room cleaned, they'd call and ask if you needed it cleaned or needed anything.
Cons: We got in at 6am and couldn't check in early. I saw reviews where people did and I was hoping to do the same. The shower was only hot the first 2 days and then luke warm after. Also there's no shower door so it didn't keep the warmth in and water got all over floor. I expected the room to be a bit bigger. The pool being across the street sucks, it's just inconvenient. It wasn't bad but it wasn't the best either. For the price It's definitely worth it.

Pros: The Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Nice hot shower, and the Air-conditioning was cold. The breakfast buffet was great, had a good variety, different options every day, and my favorite was the Noodle Station. It was a close walking distance to the Terminal 21 mall and several good restaurants. I look forward to staying there again.
Cons: Late night/early morning in-room massage services would be nice, especially for those flights that arrive around midnight. A Took Took shuttle service would be nice also, but those are just suggestions, It was a great stay there, and I look forward to staying there again.

Pros: Close to shopping; just a few feet from hotel. Offered a lot of amenities (did not do buffet offered since the price for one was what we spent eating at the market for three people). The gym was nice and the staff was friendly, English speaking. Nice view
Cons: The hotel was not super clean, stains were on the floor and we found a cockroach in my dad's room.

Pros: The staff were friendly and accommodating and provided good information when needed. The location is great, and if you stay you get to go to the observation deck for free which was great! Great views were seen; I love Bangkok and its' night lights so that was definitely a highlight for me.
Cons: The place was very very busy so it was slightly hard to relax, and the room was slightly dated. It was difficult to access with public transport, so I shall keep that in mind next time.

Pros: - The highest building in Thailand and one of the highest in southeast Asia. - Well located. - Awesome views. - May be worth to stay a night booking a middle or high profile room to get to see the building, but not recommendable for long stays.
Cons: - The experience you get varies depending on the money you spend, that is, the room class or profile you book. - To get a satisfactory experience, that is a clean, without bad smell and confortable room, you need to pay a mid to high range or profile room. For the minimum prize, which isn't low, you get a room with bad smell and maybe not clean enough. - The overall quality/prize ratio is not good.

Cons: Elevator wait ones were extremely long, had to pay for wifi, stuffy odor in hallways, old building in desperate need of renovation.

Cons: Staff were unkind. There was no wifi in the room common area only. Not including breakfast I had to pay extra everyday. Interior was very old. All restaurant cost twice than outside. The hotel is middle of market so front hotel is not hotel it's like middle of market. I strongly recommend don't go there it is waste your money.
