Friendly front office staff and conciege
the first night we stayed in a delux room, and the airconditioning was very lousy, so we complained to the reception. The reception staff was helpful to upgrade our room to a junior suite. Moreover, we asked the concierge for the directions and spots of interest, and they were so helpful and willing to help. A plus staff!

Hotel stay was great, the first room was a little noisy, next to the elevators, so they moved me without a hassle. Wonderful seafood buffet.
