excelent executive floor with view on the river. We suggest to have an aperativo there. restaurant too expensive
Great value, good facility and convenient transport link to centre. the thai massage is great but the other massages can be better.
This hotel is still one of the most modern in Bangkok and offers some of the best river views in Bangkok from its really cool panoramic windows. Although the hotel provides a free transfer to the other side of the river, it is far from public transportation, and the congested traffic of Bangkok means going downtown may take long by taxi during rush hours.
Bed was very comfortable. In booking.com it is clearly stated that credit card information is only for garanty purpose. but they withdraw money next day after I booked! And when I reached to hotel they deduct another 2000baht from my credit card without my information as a deposit in case I run away from hotel????, And I learned that when they call me from my bank!!!! Funny coz I already paid full amount...
The room was well appointed and clean. The staff are gracious and courteous and make staying at the hotel a pleasure. The view of the river was wonderful. The dining options are rather expensive.
Rooms @ good value. Room service and room bar is a bit mpre expensive than though. Room was really confortable and any services avaILABLE. Good personnel and luxury feeling.Strong recommend room with river view. That's amazing and gives you a great atmosfere.
No bidet and no free wifi in the room.
The staff was slow to fix broken shower ( never got fix) and very quick to charge $7 for a small bottle of water. At check-out the staff tried to charge me twice for my stay.fortunatly I wasable to provide proof of prior payment.
Excellent Staff, Excellent location, Fantastic breakfast
Executive service rooms are excellent. Staff and hotel facilities are first class. Not cheap but fair value for money - maybe a little overpriced
We enjoyed the pool, the friendly & helpful staff. The ferry from the hotel was also very convenient. The 360 sky bar was fabulous, however my only criticism would be that it was difficult to find the lift to get there. We felt uncomfortable effectively walking through the restaurant & bothering the staff for directions.
Had a great time. Room/Food/Staff 100% None
Good location not fare from the city centre but in the more calm place. Very nice swimming pool and good location next to the river. Helpful staff. They charged me 400TBH for 24h wi-fi connection on the room. No chance to open the window only air condition which I didn´t like. I was surprised for the dirty floor which wasn´t clean and had
A better breakfast, and I wish it located in a better space. I think the pool was not free ( I don't use and I don't know if it is not). using computers also was not free and I thought it was a little expensive for one who wanted to work for hours. It's location. Going to city center by taxi took at least one hour.
the only thing i enjoyed about the hotel was the attached gym. firstly when i arrived they demanded the room fee straight away but i informed them i would pay later or at checkout as i had booked through bookings .com and i had used my credit card only to secure the room.later on when i returned to pay the fee in cash the receptionist told me che had already charged the full amount to my credit card.she had no righr to do this but she then wanted a further 500 baht in cash as a deposit.i honestly couldnt explain what the deposit was for as she had already charged my credit card.finally our room was littered with cockroaches
nice large pool, access to computers, and close to skytrain station if the staff were any more layed back they would be lying down, except when it came to making sure you paid the deposit! the price of the hotel mainly reflects the free use of pool and gym rather than the slightly outdated rooms
Probably the best hotel swimming pool in Bangkok : large (25 meter), refreshingly cold, with comfortable sunchairs. The room is very basic, as the low price paid indicates (furniture is a bit old), but still large enough, almost clean, and with everything in it : Air cond., fan, cable TV, coffee/tea, window with view... Quite well located actually: near a 7/11 & the Skytrain station is just 6 mins away (walking). Allowing u to reach quite quickly and cheaply any place for tourists or shopping in the city (incl. the very close river boat's station in Saphan Taksin, which makes u reach Wat Po, Wat Arun or the Grand Palace - or Khaosan road - fast & nicely by a cheap, 14 baht boat).
The location is okay (if you know were it is). 5 min walk from S8 skytrain station. The pool is awsome. Rooms are clean, and the staff is very polite and helpfull. No capdrivers or locals knew the location of the hotel. Our room were clean but had the interior design of a post Berlin-Wall eastern Motel. The resturant breakfast is below average both for quality and price.
