Staff was unkind hotel was way expensived compare conditions and there
Nothing at all
Staff were unkind. There was no wifi in the room common area only. Not including breakfast I had to pay extra everyday. Interior was very old. All restaurant cost twice than outside. The hotel is middle of market so front hotel is not hotel it's like middle of market. I strongly recommend don't go there it is waste your money.
Good value
Good value for room size, location's not bad either.
Rooms are kinda old and dusty.
Really helpfull staff, very comfortable room, great selection at breakfast, really good Sushi restaurant really spacious public area's.
Location
Hotels taxi service was terrible. Taxi service ise on the ground floor. When you ask them for a taxi, they have to call a taxi, not? But, they prefer to ask us where we want to go. If our route is on a shopping centre, it,s ok. But if not, they tell us, outside you can find taxi. In addition, from the hotel to the Siam Square, we went by metertaxi, it costed 75 Bahts. Do you know how much wanted us hotels taxi service? 500 Bahts. It isn't all. If we demand a metertaxi, they didn't call everytime. Outside, there were some taxis (not metertaxi), they channelised us to them. If we hadn't insisted to go with metertaxi, we would have to pay twice what we paid. The best way:find a good map, plan your route good, and find your taxi alone.
clen central good staff good breakfast goo price perfect for BKK
all was ok
The comfort - living room, kitchenette and the bedroom.
high levels that allow you to see the whole city
the crowded area and the wholesale market
The Internet was not working during my stay although they kept promissing me that it will work tomorrow and it never happend untill I left the Hotel
Hotel quite impressive but too big, long distances to cover to go out or to go to breakfast. Breakfast very eastern orientated and disorganised, sometimes no place to sit down and no help from staff. Forget the friendliness and gracious thai manners, lobby staff very careful at doubling the price of services.
Everything
we had to pay if we wanted to go to the spa or fitness. Not included in the price of the room
noisy and little bit tired.
Very nice room (executive suite) and the swimming pools.
The Taxi "service" who was a trick to make us go to specific stores to shop things we did not want. Also - the persons in the downstairs lobby lied to our faces that Khao San Road was not open during day time (and so tricked us into going to a tailor that we did not want to) and telling us that they would drive us to a cheap restaurant which in fact was 4 times more expensive as a normal one. We are accustomed to ask hotel personnel for information but here we only lied to for them to make a profit. Not suited for a 4 star hotel...
