The service at the counter both when we picked up and dropped off for excellent the car was very good on gas we only really used a quarter tank the only thing was there were some empty water bottles we found underneath the seats that rolled into the back but other than that the car was perfect the service was excellent it served its purpose

We reserved a car off site because it was much cheaper. We walked with our luggage to go pick up the car. Joe was our salesman, he was very friendly but added $31 per day coverage that I told him I didn't want. I was charged basically double for the car rental because of that. I will never rent from Avis again and will definitely check the fine print next time regardless of nice talking agents. Very unhappy!!

Scam artists. Made me pay 27500 out of my pocket for a scuff on the lower part of the bumper. Something fell off a truck on the highway totally out of my control and it caused a minor scuff. They made me pay every bit of Yen I had left or they were going to call the police on me. Basically held me and my son hostage saying they wouldn’t take us to airport if we didn’t pay.
