The car was very dirty inside and out. It was clear the vehicle was not cleaned from the previous rental. The key fob battery was almost dead and I was not able to lock/unlock the vehicle with it.

They were great taking me to the airport, and the car was good…. Picking up from the airport, there were no signs where to go and they wanted me to wait another 15-20 minutes for a ride to the counter and they are only 3 minutes away!
