the experience is not "Excellent" becouse though I had "full" insurience I was told that I must buy one more "full" insurance from RecordGo. when I refused of buying one more "full" insurance I was asked to pay deposit of 1400,- euros. Now the deposit is returned. But I don't understand why I was forced to buy one more "full" insurance...

First time with Record Go. Very efficient pickup. Great car. Excellent value. Personnel were very pleasant and helpful. Drop off was very efficient. Car had a tire sensor light on at pickup. They inflated all tires and told me it would go out after I drive a little. It never went out, but there was never a problem. Probably just needs a sensor replaced. Woman at drop off was especially courteous. Told me in the future I should make sure I take pictures of the car. I’ll do that in the future. I will DEFINITELY rent from them again when available.

Overall the experience was good but the car had an annoying feature I could not turn off. It was always beeping at me and I could not figure out why or how to stop it.

Car was good but the pricing was deceptive. $8/day for the car but when I declined the $40/day CDW (on top of the one already offered by Expedia) the woman at the rental counter dressed me down for 10 minutes trying to get me to take it. Very shady stuff.

My flight was canceled and I was not able to pick up my vehicle when I finally arrived two days later. When I found out my flight was canceled, I called all of the phone numbers provided to me and nobody answered. I contacted Expedia as the rental was through them, and they could not help either. I lost hundreds of dollars because I couldn’t change or refund my agreement.

I had the worst experience ever renting from this rental car agency. They said my reservation was from 8 AM, but I was picking up the car around 6 PM. I wanted to drop the car 3PM the following Sunday. They did not allow me to drop the car after 8 AM. Even when I asked to pay. They charged me 120 euros extra because I wanted to go to French side for one day. Later I found out that is not the case. There is no fees required. They said if I don’t pay, I would be charged 400 euros. I got a car that was banged up all over. No backup camera and blind spot detection. There was no way to list all the damage. So I had to get the full coverage. I ended up paying 550 euros and forced to drop the car a day early. The location is also way outside of airport. Very inconvenient.

Horrible. Staff lied to me. I rented it for 2 days + 2 days insurance. I returned it within 24 hours, they didnt refund me for 1 day. They didnt refund insurance for 1 day as well. They didnt send me receipt of my book, they lied to me and i will report this everywhere so people should avoid record go and kayak.
