Car was clean..fuel was full…that is the good. I am 77, not good with computers. I have never used the QR code scan. It is confusing. A person was sent at pickup to help. At return on Sunday, I requested a person to help. I was refused help. The agent on phone tried to talk me through .. I was confused. Why cannot a person be AT your facility?. That would be a tremendous help. I will never use your service again. I will also tell others to NOT use your service. VERY UNFRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE. WORST business experience EVER!!!!!

Check-in and drop off is an awful, alienating experience with no in-person customer service. Despite being advertised as terminal pick-up on Kayak, this service is off-airport and requires a third-party shuttle service to get to that is not affiliated with the rental car company. No pick-up instructions were provided, just a call from an unknown number after arriving. Insurance costs and fees for toll pass were not transparent, making rental several times more expensive than expected.

Shuttle took a very long time to pick up. The price I paid online was not the price they wanted to charge me when I got there. I ended up getting an Uber and going elsewhere.

Completely worthless. No car upon arrival. No contact person. Called the number included with no answer. Got finally a hold of the Nice office. That person could not reach the Bordeaux office either. He also suggested that I tried to rent through an other rental company... Unbelievable! We walked around to the other rental companies. But they were fully booked. We had to organize and other transport to our hotel. Spent the evening trying to find an other car the following day. I booked the rental car though Kayak. That was the first and the last time that I would ever book through Kayak or Priceless again.

Up charge on many items not disclosed. Was to be at airport location was two shuttle rides away. Didn’t open until nine am. A total sham. Don’t send anyone else there ever. Service was a joke. These guys will be out of business soon

When I booked on kayak it showed me that I am picking up from Tampa airport but that was false advertisement they are not located at airport and they did change me $90 plus $40 for insurance and toll they did not accept my insurance the check in lady was def I have to speak so loud still she doesn’t listen very bad experience
