They were outrageously awful. Incredibly rude and unhelpful and insulting. They added many charges and were super rude when I tried to explain that we paid for all fees included. They added so many charges, we spent the rest of our trip anxious about what they would charge when we got back. The car was awful. It was very dented and banged up, missing the cover over the driver’s door lock. And the car didn’t lock so we could never lock anything up in our car. We weren’t the only ones. The other customers there at the same time were also getting scammed and were very upset.

Nothing at all. Kayak stated this rental was on airport when it was 4 miles away. Hidden charges like $120 for liability insurance (for 4 days) which was exorbitant, the shuttle van was inaccessible with no steps, not reliable or clear where to collect it, and the choice of vehicles was very limited. I ordered a Toyota Corolla and I was given a massive Hyundai Santa Fe with an oil change warning on constantly. Really, really bad experience and will not be using them again.

Flight was late & they cancelled reservations are 2 hrs. No cars available. No help. Used Kayak for Sixt. Very easy. I’ll never do Priceless again

TERRIBLE _ YOU SHOULD NOT ALLOW THEM TO BE PART OF YOUR TRAVEL PLATFORM. Less than 18 hours before the reservation, they cancelled and said they had no cars. No other offer from them - and so it has cost us 35% more to at the last minute rent another vehicle, SHamefull on both Kayak and Expedia through whom this was processes from you. Expedia also took no responsibility saying that since it was a pay at the counter reservation, they had no responsibility. So yes - DROP PRICELESS FROM YOUR PORTFOLIO OF RENTERS. We rent from 12 to 18 cars a year and this was the first time we have had this happen n over 40 years of car rental. SHOCKING AND SHAMEFUL - both on the part of PRICELESS & EXPEDIA. Will not be using them again either. Do your customers know that Expedia - and perhaps other in-between providers - claims no responsibility to assist or get money equality unless the reservation is paid for fully in advance? Kayak was never in the mix as it passed it off to Expedia at the outset.

They had a van pick you up at airport in a van white van no sign on it and you were expected to know which one was there’s . Then you only got 1/2 tank of gas. Well we returned it with 1/2 gas hopefully they won’t charge us for more gas
