Wry easy process. Ar was upgraded to SUV - that was appreciated. Clerks at the counter were knowledgeable & courteous, explaining g the rental process & what was expected in return. Good pricing for a weeks rental. Would definitely use National again.

It was quick and easy but someone had clearly been smoking in the vehicle, it stunk. Hard to get past that.

Easy, quick process and received a nicer car than we had reserved. Also, Paul at the desk was super friendly, funny and helpful. Highly recommend National in Portland, ME.

Associate in Wichita was very helpful and personable. Car could have been a little cleaner especially the windows and mirrors. We had to change the location of the return but the gentleman on the phone made it so easy and the associate at Mesa Gateway airport was terrific.
