Slow check in I was charged one additional day because of only two hours, despite that they initially offered not ti do it The google map link of the drop off location was wrong

Terrible. Don’t use them. They jacked up the price every way possible. They also wouldn’t honor the price booked online. Then they thought it funny to stick me with a 9 seater van instead of mid size sedan. Then they charged me more again. Also all agents were actively misrepresenting how fuel worked tricking people into paying for a full tank. It is shyster scam level stuff. Do not rent from them.

Need more staff, at both pickup and drop off only 1 person was working making the wait time at least an hour for both.

Staff was very nice. Car was very new & rode nice & smooth. The only things that were not up to par was that there were no notes in Thrifty’s system about existing dents & scratches so we had to meticulously go over the car for any damage before leaving the lot. And the exterior of the car was not fully cleaned. Bugs on windshield & nose of car. Interior was very clean.
