Pros:Big and roomy
Pros:Check in and out process was smooth.
Pros:van was fine, nothing amazing but everything worked.

Cons:Cons: - Took approximately 15 minutes to talk to a customer service agent (I was the only one in line) - Gave me a really dinged up van, had to be careful to mark all damage as it was pretty (cosmetically) extensive - Was lied to about time-frame of deposit being credited to my account (called company and they gave me the correct time frame of "up to 5 business days)

Cons:They called as i was getting on the flight to go to the destination telling me they didn't have the type of car available. They also informed they were closing at 6 pm. My flight was going to land at 6:30. They could not accommodate. I had to scramble and rent from Budget. Terrible.
Pros:Not many positives to say about my experience with avr. Only positive was Maria , the manager, who promised a better experience next time.
Cons:The address listed on my reservation was old . I wasted 30 min taking an uber to come to a different location once I found that the original location listed on my reservation is moved to a new location
Pros:Staff very friendly despite the current circumstances.
Cons:Bathrooms could have used a good cleaning and there were no handtowels
