The pickup process was horrible. It took 2 hours to get my car. The pickup system is confusing. There was a desk for pickup but they directed us to a stand in the parking structure. The line for pickup at the stand was very long. I would not rent again through Budgest at the Rome airport.

Car I booked wasn’t available explanation was no payment no guarantee so we have to settle for whatever is available. The car we got was mustang red EV outside was obviously repainted with poor paint job worked on and inside there was sign of spillage all over.

CarPlay didn’t work which created a dangerous scenario not having navigation. No paperwork or email was provided for me to get help. Drop off was a nightmare.

Team told me that do you want too service activated as I was going through the toll gate, however she didnt mentioned to me that it has a separate charge and didnt specifiy how much the toll service fees will cost me. When I received 29$ (including VAT) charges, I called them and that time they told me this is the cost. I also checked online, wherein the toll services should have been only around $10 (excluding VAT), however not sure about this charge. Spoke with the agent, he said, they will issue a coupon for $29 for this miscommunication, however didnt receive it yet.
