They wouldn't let me rent the car without a flight number because it was booked at the airport. This was not disclosed and now it's taking forever to get a refund because I used the pay later option through Affirm and now have to go through a dispute process. This is horrible!!!

Pick up was inefficient, about 15 people in line and 2 employees at the desk, waited about 1 hour. Car was nice and new. I almost did not get my requested vehicle, because they were out, but one came available at last minute. Drop off was super easy and fast.

It was fraud, misrepresentation and a lie No car reservation was made. They didn’t have any record of it, no car, no name no nothing I wasted my morning in trying to take care od it, fortunately there were other agencies available and eager to help I will never use this agency again Alfonso
