Great customer service! Wonderful carPros:The representatives who checked us in and out were extremely friendly and polite. Because we had to wait a little extra time they upgraded us to a Mercedes. Good vehicle, great servicePros:Service quality was good. Swift check-in and checkout. Car was clean and well-featured. Comfortable ride - we drove 500+ miles over 7 days and had no issues whatsoever.Cons:WIsh someone had walked us through the features of the car, so we didn't have to look in dark corners for a USB socket or a car charger port.Reviewed 31 May 2017

Pros:Nice car with plenty of room for luggage.Cons:We oversee the fuel level in the between the car and the inspection sheet. After we left the airport we only realize there's a difference, only half tank in the car and was mark full tank on the inspection sheet. When we returned the car the inspector insist that we top up as per the level mark on the sheet :-(( and do not want to listen to our protest. I agreed that it my fault but i feel that the rental company must also made sure the the records are done correctly.Reviewed 17 May 2017
