Pros:The price was very good, drop off easy and quick, people speak English which unusual in Turkey.Cons:Pick up takes more than half hour even it’s was not busy, agent was very slow. The car was luxury but was dirty from inside, the floor mats dirty.Reviewed 13 Sep 2018

Misleading trust, selling not recognized Allianz Global AssistancePros:The car company Budget was Ok.Cons:Your site has failed my trust. You sold me a Allianz Global Assistance insurance. Policy: Rental Car Protection. Policy No.: EUSP2109505133. Budget did not recognize this insurance and said it was null and void as far as they are concerned. They made me sign a disclaimer that I have not purchased any insurance and that all accidents will be paid by me.
