Pros:Very convenient, friendly staff, and affordable.
Cons:It was good.

Pros:Easy drop off
Cons:Car smelled terribly of smoke, super long wait at pickup while the only staff st the desk was chatting with the only customer in front of me, stating “I’m taking my time to see if a car comes in for you”. I had already reserved and paid online, to “save time” the website said.

Pros:Nothing. Don’t come here.
Cons:The staff was very very slow and did not care about customer service. She was rude when I tried to get a time estimate after waiting 40 mins to be called up. The other staff members appeared to be very disorganized. After 50 minutes, we decided to leave. We never got the car and took our business to another car rental place that was much much quicker.

Pros:The staff was friendly, and the driver got us to the airport quickly.
Cons:Had to wait a long time to get picked up at the airport. The car was beat-up and didn't even have a rear-view mirror. The prices led me to believe it would a newer model, or at least in really nice condition like any brand-name rental place would have on its lot. This should have rented for, like, half of what we spent!

Cons:Had booked car for date at 7pm. Since we picked up car at 829pm, the paper showed that information. We asked the man at counter about when we need to return. He said it's 24 hours so that it will be 829pm. When we pick up the car and asked the lady at the pickup counter she said that it was what was printed and that it was 7pm return. We mentioned how the man had explained about 24 hours but she again said that what was written was that 7pm pick up time that was the one they look for and that ii need to go back and change that information. So we did went back and that man then said he will take care of us and the lady later. He reprint the form with the new pickup time as 829pm. So if we did not go back for the change and had return Ed the car after 8pm, will we be charged extra?.

Pros:Staff was great, drop off was simple, Value for rental was good.
Cons:I had a pre-paid rental and they ran out of cars, I had to camp out overnight in the rental facility unless I wanted to Uber to my destination 45 mins away and get a ride back in the morning. Granted, I think everyone at the facility ran out of cars that night so this may be unfair to E-Z. It otherwise seems like a good operation, I'd try them again.

Pros:Car drop off was easy.
Cons:1. I was upsold a 4wd bc the worker told me I would get turned around in Colorado for having 2wd, and was misinformed of the price too (there was no checkpoint, didn’t need it, paid more than what I was told) 2. The car pick up took way too long, apparently it was everyone’s first day so in training (literally, they told me) 3. I was OVERcharged and not given back a refund/credit 4. The shuttle driver wasn’t very friendly either 5. Needs a big change in management to salvage company reputation and operational efficiency

Pros:The car was nice and clean.
Cons:Everyone on the staff, with exception of one, single person, was pushy, purposefully intimidating, and condescending. They push your fear button with “what-ifs” and worst-case scenarios to try and jack up the price. I wouldn’t recommend these people to anyone.
