Cons: "Boarded and ready on time but 1hr delay for ATC reasons . The A330's a bit short of toilets requiring a 'queueing system' at busy times. Probably not the actual airline's fault but the ground handlers at AKL took an hour to produce my bags meaning me missing a connecting internal flight."
