Cons: "Caboj crew were unfriendly and bordering on being rude. The basic rule of any service is to smile but when you've cabin staff whi look grumpy on a 7h flight that speaks of poor training of cabin staff. Etihad needs to do much better to retain customers on this hot segment."

Cons: "Again I found behaviour of few Crew Members a bit rute for instance i asked hor headphone from one of the attendant and she immediately told me that it cannot be missing as she put the headphone there by herself making me feel like as if i stole the headphones. I was bit speechless though i really wanted to reply to her but it would have been rude. Second thing I did not like about flight was foir serving. In our over 7 hour flight, we were just served breakfast in the morning just 2 hours before landing. Its not healthy to keep customers hungry what if the customer is diabetic. Airline need to understand that up in the sky we are dependent on them for our basic needs and it should be respected."

In future , I will travel in Etihad only. I am planning to travel in June again and will book my ticket in my favorite airline, “ ETIHAD”"

Cons: "The flight left > 2 hours late from JFK to Abu Dhabi, and my connection was changed midair. Instead of changing it to the next flight, they changed it to a flight 16 hours later so I missed my entire day of meetings. The paid internet did not work inflight so I couldn't check my connection or receive emails. The crew was not friendly, and they also wouldn't give anyone any information about their connections during the flight, which resulted in ~80 people rushing the crew and the desk. It was very messy."

Cons: "My partner and I had booked our tickets separately and so were under different levels of check in (online). We were first to baggage drop at Ahmedabad and believed the staff at the check in counter would assist in getting our seats together as I have been shifted from my checked in seat on a previous flight. However he was unfriendly and unaccomodating which made it a very unpleasant journey."

Cons: "Abu Dhabi airport is poorly designed, crowded and confusing. For some bizarre reason, we had to exit the boarding area (we had arrived very early), and then re-enter at the end of a VERY long line, then dispose of the water we had bought AFTER we had already gone through one set of security checks, to have another bag search inside the boarding area. (???) For a 14 hour flight, you might expect a bit more in the line of amenities (like the Singapore Airlines pamper kit). It’s also nice to know on a long haul what you might be eating (a la Singapore Airlines menu card), but not on Etihad. Also the movies on offer through the entertainment system were a bit stale and dated. They also had no arrivals cards in English, and finding them at Sydney Airport is a nightmare. (Why do we still do the stupid things, anyway?) Then, to top it all off, after a tiring flight, Sydney Airport put on their best demonstration of appalling and confusing crowd control at the baggage carousels and getting through customs. Used to think Etihad was a quality experience, but it doesn’t seem so any more."

Cons: "Flight delay with no reason for two hours which made me cancel another flight and wait for another five hours in transit and pay a huge amount of money to reschedule flight. Medicore plane on a long flight of seven hours from abu dhabi to kuala lampur. Cabin crew not helping. Bad toilets."

He seats in business class between Heathrow to Rome were like regular seats except with the middle seat blocked off. Food was just ok."

Cons: "The crew was talking with a passenger at the end of the corridor while laughing very loud. This caused many passengers to wake up from their sleep or just disturb them from their reading. Instead of telling the passenger to keep it down they were all cracking jokes to each other while the whole cabin could hear them."

For a first time traveler to the UK, this created unnecessary anxiety and gave us the feeling that the agency appointed to check us in are not supportive. We were eventually sorted but this is not nice at all given the fact that payments went through and tickets were issued and no one informed us of any issues until we got to the airport. Some feedback would be appreciated."

Pros: "I left my laptop behind accidentally in the hand luggage space as I had to separate my hand luggage due to other seats nearby who boarded earlier used the space over my seating row. BA crew found my laptop and the swiss lost property retrieved it for me. Very thankful for their honesty"
Cons: "My seating was directly behind a curtain and partition to business class, therefore my seating space was very limited and squashed. No refreshments unless you paid??? why?? I would expect this from companies such as Easyjet or Virgin, but not BA. Even Qantas provided a light refreshment for short runs, say between Canberra and Sydney (Im an aussie)"
