Cons: "A little bit chaotic when they loaded two planes at the same time in a very tight space in Amsterdsm but this was most likey an airport soecific design issue and not a KLM issue. The flight was as good as can be expected fir an international flight. The staff was great"

Cons: "This return flight was much better than the flight going to Amsterdam. I believe the biggest factor was the type of aircraft. The old 747 just didn't meet expectations. The newer 777 on the way back was much more comfortable, with better amenities."

Cons: "Having to change my seat to accommodate a rude belligerent passenger, who had taken my seat, refused to move until spoken to by steward. She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

Food - disgraceful “tapas” dish of literally one scrap of ham, an equally small piece of cheese and half a scotch egg. Crew - disinterested to the point of surliness. Entertainment - none, this being BA short haul (others can manage it but not BA)"

I called the attention of the flight attendants but nobody answered because the 2 were busy selling items to the passengers. I just removed the coffee bits by throwing them out of my mouth using napkin."

Cons: "I paid for an extra leg room seat, which for me was in front of the bulkhead. However, I think this caused more discomfort than comfort. There is no gap under the bulkhead to put your feet, so although you don’t get a seat in front of you leaning back, there isn’t enough room to straighten your legs out which on a 12 hour flight isn’t comfortable."

I had to travel back to the airport counter to deal with agents that basically told me there were thousands of bags in the warehouse and that the bag May or May not eventually turn up."
