Departure at your own time

The worst kind of budget airline. To be honest....the plane was not that bad. Would have been good to have some food choices and some water. What was by far the worse is the passengers/customers that this airline attracts. Coughing and spluttering all over one another with no masks. Just disgusting. Pay for a better carrier and get a better class of passenger.

I was disgusted. Air Asia should make their baggage fees more visible and honest so when a customer books a flight, they can take those fees in to consideration. Space inside the cabin is very limited. For tall people it is difficult to spread legs as the knees touch the seat in front. Luggage was missing when I arrived at my destination without any compensation to buy first necessity articles."

All in all a decent flight for around these parts I guess...I mean at least the thing wasn't brush painted with house paint...been there before."

Instead of the flight attendants talking to each other they should have been monitoring the passengers. The person beside me took a phone call literally 30 seconds before the plane landed. As we were going down the runway ( from landing ) a person in the row in front of me and behind me made phone calls; CRAZY

There was no apology from Scoot (who are a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines) and none from Singapore Airlines. There was no suggestion of any refunds or other compensation. Truly a disgrace. I will never fly on either Singapore Airlines or Scoot airline again. I am seeking further compensation through Australian Fair Trading and through Class Action Lawyers (as this impacted every passenger on this flight, not just Business Class)"

Pros: "Crew were professional, friendly and efficient. Aircraft was clean in the cabin and in good serviced condition. Check in Staff were efficient, friendly and professional."
Cons: "Seating configuration in economy very small. My Husband is a tall, big man and was cramped by the seat pitch, which made his trip very uncomfortable. To think that we have to pay for such an essential item to life as WATER, when it is free on most other airlines....or at the very least you can get a glass of water. I couldn’t believe the charge price for a tiny bottle of water and the fact that you can’t even get a glass of water either. This is an outrage and a rip off to customers."
Pros: "Overall it was a good flight."
Cons: "No offer to book my seat assignment during the booking process. A kiosk check-in would be a nice addition."
Pros: "Crew on Singapore airlines were very helpful, friendly and accommodating."
Cons: "They had 0 entertainment on an 8 hour flight. Tv turned off. One small meal after 20 minutes of flying. Would not fly with scoot again."
Cons: "Seats we given did not recline .as they were just in front of emergency exit . The extra leg room seats were empty, but would have to pay extra to sit on them"

Cons: "The process to check and pay for a bag at the airport was ridiculous. We waited in line to check the bag, found out that since we hadn't paid for it ahead of time, we could get the bag checked but would need to go stand in a new line to pay for it and could not have the bag tag until this was done. Then the new line only had one agent working all of the people who needed to pay for their bags. When we got to the front, we were asked to pay the bag fee with a credit card and the processing fee in cash. Since we were only connecting in Singapore, of course we did not have cash. She could not process the charge, walked us over to a new desk and a new line where they processed the bag charge without the cash fee (how this wasn't done initially, I have no idea) and finally, we were finished with the check in process an hour later."
Pros: "previous flight arrived a bit late but captain did his best to make up the time"
Cons: "If they have a policy that passengers cant eat food bought outside the aircraft they should make sure that they have variations/choices on their menu. I can only eat fish but they dont have it on their menu so i brought my own food but the crew asked me to stop eating it because it was not allowed. Im hungry and tired and was upset that time."

Cons: "There was absolutely no complimentary service at all, a bit unusual compared to flights we've taken in the past (domestic and international). No offer of free water, what's up with that?!?! There was no entertainment on board for an overnight flight, no blanket, no pillow."

Cons: "I could not get on time at airport for check in, because the train got stuck 25min. When I got the counter 45min. Before the flight leaves, they told me that the flight is closed and they can not do anything to help me!!!"

Cons: "No online check- in. Very slow check in at airport. Vouchers provided for food at airport - only problem was we couldn’t find a place that would take them. Boarding was painfully late and slow. As we arrived in the early hours of the morning the cost of taxis were double the normal price. Still no compensation as promised by the airline when they initially advised us of the late flight. Could do a lot better."

Pros: "Scoot upgraded to a bigger plane, and as a result had more empty seats"
Cons: "flight was delayed by almost 2 hours due to operational problems. despite that, there were still passengers who were late to board, causing more delays. no apologies from Scoot. plans were derailed."
Cons: "Boarding was quite messy as flight was delayed but many passengers were not informed. Only one service officer was being bombarded with questions from passengers when it would save so much trouble just making a proper announcement in the first place. Boarding queue also merged with another flight departing at a similar time, causing a massive bottleneck. Whilst on board, pre-ordered food was not served with cutlery and it took another 15 mins to get the attn of the stewardess to get the cutlery served. Would have been faster to just get it myself."
Pros: "It's a no frills airline! Plane on time, clean, arrived on time. What more do you want?"
Cons: "An hour and half delayed without prior notice. So i had to wait at the gate."
Pros: "The spicey Korean noodles that can be purchased on board."
Cons: "No leg room, but again I can't really complain on a 2.5 hour flight."
