Public Addresses are all smooth, clear and unambiguous - this instils confidence. Landing was butter-smooth in what seemed to be challenging and turbulent conditions - Kudos to the flight crew. Boarding and airport experience were good also.

And to make it worse, this was the most difficult problem that me and my friends encountered throughout all the flights that we took. We nearly miss this flight as we actually went to the boarding gate that was reflected incorrectly on our boarding pass as stated earlier. There was also an unannounced delay. Flight estimated departure is at 1720HRS, but the flight only took off 1750HRS."

Cons: "this is the first international flight that charges you money for everything on board. hungry? purchase food. thirsty? pay for the water as well. even for the check-in luggage, you have to pay. so pay a little more and book a nicer-better airline. the crew is not professional and does not understand how to talk to clients properly. I am well aware of the fact that clients are often over demanding in the services they are being provided and rarely appreciative of the crew that does everything to make your journey pleasant. However on all the four Airasia flights from Delhi Kuala Lumpur Phuket, the overall attitude of the crew members was not nice."
Cons: "Luggage check-in weighs luggage 22 kilos more than its actual weight and I was asked to pay almost RM650 ~ ($170), when I was asked to recheck they had to pull my luggage back and that took almost 40 minutes to later know that they made a huge mistake! 20 minutes to the boarding time I got confirmation that my luggage weights are correct and given a boarding pass to gate P11. walked to gate P11 and saw no one there, and there were no signs of what was happening, I checked Kayak app then I noticed that they changed the gate to L10 which is a totally different building ( 16 minutes before gate closure ), I had to run the whole airport to go to gate L10. not to mention that flight was delayed by a good 1 hour!"
Pros: "Flight was good. Left a little late still arrived on time. I was traveling with one extra bag. 18 kilos. Cost at counter was $150.00. (Ouch) Anyway after paying the extra bag fee I went there office in the airport and purchased the same extra bag for my return flight for $28.00. Nice flight but make sure you purchase ample baggage when booking your flight."

Cons: "My bag was sent to Kuala Lumpur for no reason. I checked in with plenty of time and when I arrived in Singapore I was advised that not only could they not call to Panang to inquire about my bag -it had to be arranged through email but also bags aren’t destination scanned! I work for United airlines and it seems primitive not to know where a bag is in today’s day and age. The following day, knowing that I was departing back to the United States miraculously my bag showed up at the airport the same time as my minimum required check in time."
Pros: "This is now our airline of choice between KL and Singapore and the next time we fly to Australia we will try flying with Air Asia. It was a very short flight so entertainment was not provided, and we were perfectly happy with that. Very reasonable fare. All staff were charming and very helpful. Highly recommend."
Cons: "The flight delayed for 6 hours and when we make inquiry they keep saying will update soon. On top of that, after informing that I'm vegetarian they still insisted me to take kfc. Ended up having wedges and bun."
