Everything, they were very good, since now i will use Hilton always, i really like that hotel need more elevator, i had to walk very long to my room
Everything in the hotel was to an excellent standard At the time of booking, it was not made clear to me that there would be a 14-16% tax charge on top of the booking price - so it came as quite a surprise to me at the end of the stay

Rooms very comfortable and coffee machine in room much appreciated. Bit of a walk to the nearest tube station, however, it may have seemed longer becuase of the stiffling weather.
The majority of the staff was super-friendly and helpful. The 2 beds in the room were terrible, one worse than the other. I felt as though I had sunken into a crater! This did not bode well for my post-surgical back.

I normally don't bother writing reviews but I was so impressed that I had to. The rooms looked exactly like the pictures, staff very friendly and helped me "set up" the room.with balloons and a banner for my boyfriends birthday, bed was very comfortable, view was amazing (8th fl view of Washington monument), found street parking about a block away (for free), walked to every restaurant and bar that we went to that weekend (awesome), water pressure in shower was to die for. I was just pleased overall and so was my bf. Best birthday ever he said I only stayed from early Saturday afternoon to 1pm Sunday so I wasn't there long. But everything was great.

Inn went above and beyond to cater to our Passover needs. Friendly clientele - mostly foreign. Parking in DC is abysmal in general. Inn offers limited parking at 30/night. No one in reception when I checked in. The phone number I had been provided was a remote cite and they couldn't help. Breakfast was the same continental every day.

I liked the location and friendly staff. I enjoyed my stay a lot, I highly recommend Highroad Hostel. Sleeping on the top bunk meant I was super cold when the AC was on and sweating hot when it was off. Literally only complaint I have, everything else was great.
Close to metro, super clean, quiet, friendly people. Management is very responsive. Feels like home.
We didn't like anything because they didn't have a room for us after we booked here FOUR MONTHS prior. When we showed up for check in around 6pm we were told he didn't have a room for us because "the website is messed up and he took this room down months ago from Expedia but the site continues to book it." The owner repeatedly told us it was not his fault and there was nothing he could do. He even tried to get us to sympathize with him on how confusing websites can be. He then offered to check Hotwire for us. My head about exploded. Awful service and awful person. We flew all the way from Florida, across town on the metro, and walked many blocks to this poorly renovated "B&B", to be told we "can check Hotwire." DO NOT BOOK HERE. Fun fact: as we were waiting in the "lobby" aka his living room trying to find a new hotel we were told by guests staying there that this had happened THREE times in the last 2 days. Unbelievable. The owner could have had the decency to call us even a day beforehand so we could have found a new hotel.
