Pros: 1. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Everytime I needed something, they were there to help me. Also always reponded with a smile. 2. Definitely recommend the room with Marina Bay Sands view. The view is breathtaking. 3. Its location was quite convenient for me. Near the Marina Bay Sands and around it. Everything was within walking distance. 4. The size of the room and the bathroom was big and the bedding was very comfy. It's a shame I didn't use their swimming pool, spa, and the restaurants. Next time I visit again, I am definitely going to use 'em.

Cons: The only thing i disliked about this whole stay was that i did not ask for any room service when we left the hotel in the evening. We had valuables lying everywhere. We were a tad bit shocked when we came back to see that our bed was made and all the towels were replaced with new ones. Although it was an amazing gesture and we did not lose any valuables that was left in the room, we would appreciate it if the staff respected our privacy and only come in when asked to do so.

Cons: Not really a hotel for walkers. We like to walk a lot and take public transportation. Main entry for hotel best for cars/taxis. There is an after thought roped off area on the edge of the circle drive for pedestrians. The entrance is on 3rd floor up a steep ramp/circle drive which goes from ground floor up to 3rd level where the lobby is. We got honked at twice by taxis. At the top of ramp you arrive to the smoking break area for taxi drivers. Once past that you get to the the beautiful lobby. I think they are more use to people arriving by car/limo.

Pros: The Fullerton family was very accommodating, helpful, friendly and cheerful all the time. My daughter's birthday was during our stay with them and we came back from our sightseeing to find that they have setup our room to celebrate her birthday with cake, candy and popcorn for the kids which was very sweet of them, it really made our day. We would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone going to Singapore and we wouldn't think twice about staying at the Fullerton hotel. My kids were calling it our new home.☺ Thank you Fullerton Family. We had a great time staying with you.

I am very appreciative of the comfortable and brightly lit corridor that led to our room. The two full-height windows open to great view at our 14th floor accommodation. Room was spick and span with not a speck of dust (I'm quite an OCD). My daughter and I love the bathroom - large vanity top that I can spread out my makeup stuff; generous supply of towels; bathroom accessories easy to use and in perfect working condition. Room has several power sockets too. Totally enjoyed the coffee-maker in our room. The hotel has a lovely cocktail bar, Idlewide, where we could enjoy great jazz music amidst warm service by the friendly crew!

Mall is also connected to the hotel so you have an abundance of top notch food choices from a high end japanese restaurant to castella cakes, coffee/ramen shops and Din Tai Fung all just below the hotel.
Room was spacious, with a view and central to almost everything there is to see in Singapore. Gardens by the Bay, Chinatown and Orchard Road can all be reached with a quick 10 min train ride or a 20-30 minute stroll.
Service was impeccable starting from the lovely receptionist and front desk staff. Gina helped us and not only gave us an early check in, but also hand drew on the map where we were in the city, top points of interest and also wrote down her favorite places to eat nearby. Thanks for the chicken rice tip Gina!! You made our stay so much more personable and easy! In addition, we had a hard time using the outlets since my wife had a special hair curler needing the standard US 110V but since we didn’t have one, they actually had a converter AND a step down voltage converter to take the Sing 220V to US 110V! Amazing help so the wife could look and feel her best!
Overall great stay and loved the convenient location and service so much we booked another stay on the way back from Thailand. Kudos to the Fairmont Singapore team!

Pros: Cool place to recharge! Complimentary water was a plus, decent outlet availability for electronics, good wifi connection, VERY helpful staff.
Cons: The shower leaked into the bathroom. Room cleaning happened just as we wanted to come back in the afternoon to rest.

Pros: Staff was best part of this hotel. So helpful...can't even express. We were provided early check in on request, without any extra charge. Staff was there for any queries, for guiding right things, for booking cabs and a lot more.. Location is excellent...neàr Clark quay, boat quay... Found real good Indian food in boat quay with discounts.. Rooms are clean ND have all amenities
Cons: rooms are exceptionally small... bathrooms even smaller ...no jet or shower with pots...a big problem for Indians

Pros: The Location was very convenient, the staff were friendly, the pool though small was a very nice way to cool off.
Cons: Room was way too small for two people, eggs at breakfast were always cold, no bottle opener at the hotel to open a beer i had purchased.
